There has many restaurants and supermarkets around this location. Just approximately 10 min to Tram station. In the room also provided washing machines and cooking equipment. Nothing

- Quin (4/5): Mixed feelings overall, wouldn't come back - The location is great. Close to a lot of historical buildings like the Blue Mosque and the grand bazaar. They also have great tea at the reception. Besides, they have a good shuttle service from the airport. The rooms in the hotel itself are fine, somewhat similar to the photos that are shown. They also have another building next to it. don't accept it if they want to accommodate you there. The apartments are absolute dumps. Really low ceilings, mold everywhere, and the sewage system doesn't work. It’s a total nightmare staying there.
- Misbah Afzal (10/5): Great family run hotel - Beautiful, family-run apartment hotel with very competitive rates. The room was clean and they facilitated early check-in too. The hotel is run by a father and son, and the hospitality is genuinely unmatched. The father, who manages the hotel, is incredibly warm and welcoming — every time we came in, he would greet us and offer us his delicious organic blueberry tea, which became a highlight of our stay (and clearly loved by other guests too!). The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to iconic landmarks like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace, with everything you need right on your doorstep. What really stood out was how honest and helpful they were. They gave genuine, local recommendations so we wouldn’t get overcharged in tourist areas — they also offer food delivery with the cost being half the price compared to local restaurants. They also have a terrace which offers great city view, and they provide a free laundry and drying service. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

- Miguel (1/5): Horrible, its better to pay more than stay in this place - Location I had a problem making the payment and asked the receptionist to try again, but he refused, saying he only accepted cash, euros or dollars. The receptionist's English pronunciation was terrible, and I couldn't understand him. He kept saying, in a dismissive way, "You understand me? Because we speak the same language." I told him I didn't have enough cash to pay for the stay and that I could only pay by card. In the end, I had to give him the cash I had and was left with nothing. If I didn't pay the rest of the cash by the next day, I would be homeless. After talking to Booking.com all night, they told me they had to accept cash payments because that's what it said on their website. In the morning, I spoke to the receptionist, and as soon as I arrived, he told me he would only accept cash. After arguing for a while, I called the manager and spoke with him. I explained that Booking.com had told me that if they didn't accept my card payment, they would have to give me another hotel, and this hotel would be paid for by Hagia Sophia Apartment Hotel. As soon as he heard this, they immediately gave me the option to pay by card and brought out the card reader. The room was dirty; many things were broken or in poor condition.

The owner, Mr. Cuma, welcomed us very well. Drinks were provided free of charge and unlimited, which was a great advantage. The service, location, and everything about the hotel were perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything needed to cook and feel at home. There are many shops nearby, which made our stay very convenient. The staff were outstanding: always polite, friendly, and helpful. Reception is available 24/7, and we truly appreciated the complimentary Turkish tea, which was always free, as well as the toiletries, cleaning supplies, and constant support throughout our stay. The only minor aspect is that the street has no direct car or taxi access, so pick-up and drop-off were done a short distance from the entrance. However, this did not affect our overall experience. The location is excellent, with many major tourist attractions within walking distance, including the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia Mosque, the Hürrem Sultan Bath, the river area, the Grand Bazaar, and the Süleymaniye Mosque, where Sultan Süleyman and Hürrem Sultan are buried. The tram and many other facilities are also very close to the hotel. Additionally, the hotel can arrange excellent experiences such as boat tours with breakfast or dinner, all conveniently guided and organized directly by the hotel. Great value for money and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hagia Sophia Apartment Otel.
- aissa (10/5): Un séjour très agréable, inoubliable et de très belles rencontres. - Nous avons séjourné environ 8 jours en famille dans cet appart’hôtel et tout a été parfait. Nous avions un appartement au 2ᵉ étage avec une vue magnifique sur la mosquée, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. L’appartement était très bien équipé, propre et bien chauffé, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable en famille. Le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil et chaleureux. Dès notre arrivée, ils nous ont accueillis avec un thé typique de Turquie (thé aux mûres), une très belle attention. Nous avons eu l’occasion de passer de beaux moments avec les gérants de l’hôtel, à discuter autour de ce fameux thé qui a été une vraie découverte pour nous. Leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance nous ont tout de suite mis à l’aise, on s’est senti comme à la maison dès le début. Ils nous ont également conseillé plusieurs endroits où manger, ce qui nous a permis de faire de très belles découvertes culinaires. Concernant la localisation, elle est tout simplement parfaite : à quelques minutes à pied de Sultanahmet, du Grand Bazar et du tramway T1, qui permet de rejoindre facilement tous les autres transports. Honnêtement, on n’aurait pas pu trouver mieux placé. Un séjour inoubliable, nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés !

I really liked the reception staff; they were nice and very welcoming. The apartment was a shared space of the living room and the kitchen, but it was spacious and enough for us, a family of four (with 2 kids). I definitely recommend this hotel, and I will definitely go there again next time when staying in Istanbul.
