- Jason (8/5): Good location and value for the price - would stay here again, but on an upstairs floor - Great location near the Cat Linh metro train station, and plenty of restaurants and street food options. Good A/C, strong wi-fi, spacious closet, good size refrigerator, and the bed was large and comfortable. The building manager was friendly and accommodating, just remember to use Google Translate. The light in the room was rather bright with no way to dim it. No computer desk, just a coffee table. Also, I was staying in room 105 on the same floor as the entrance, so I heard the door alarm going off every time someone checked in or opened the motorcycle parking garage door. I would stay here again, but would insist on a room on an upstairs floor because of the noise.

- Thanh (10/5): - Sạch sẽ, cạnh bên ga cát linh nên đi đâu cũng tiện. Giá rẻ mà phòng ổn lắm nha. Nhà vệ sinh sạch, có nước nóng lạnh. Giường cũng ổn. Bác bảo vệ dễ thương, ăn nói nhẹ nhàng. Nói chung là giá này thì ưng, có dịp đi HN sẽ ghé tiếp. Mng nên thử!

- Hai Ngan (9/5): - Phòng rộng, tiện nghi. Có tivi, 2 ghế đơn và giường rộng. Phòng tắm thiết kế hiện đại, sạch sẽ. Dễ dàng checkin. Giường gọn gàng nhưng bẩn, có vết bụi bẩn, vết ố và mạng nhện ngay góc chân giường. Phòng mình ở ngay t1 không cách âm, ai đi qua đi lại, mở cửa tòa nhà, bấm thang máy đều nghe thấy.

- TBS Retail (5/5): - Có thể mình chưa quen văn hóa nên chưa thể đânh giá khách quan. Nhưng có nhiều điểm - trong khâu vận hành Phòng kín, tình trạng lúc nhận không có mùi. Mình tắm vệ sinh dùng dầu thơm trước khi ra ngoài nhưng về phòng mở cửa vào nghe mùi đàn ông và thuốc lá trong phòng nồng nặc, đặc biệt khu vực giường nằm. Cảm giác không an toàn.

- Hannah (1/5): Terrible - Nothing - I booked for 3 nights but left after 30 minutes as I was unable to stay in the room I was given. There was mould and dirt up the wall, the bed sheets were dirty and there was a dirty washing machine right next to the bed. I had wanted to discuss this with someone before checking out, to either change rooms or obtain a refund but the reception was empty for a prolonged period and the receptionist did not speak any English.

Staff does not know English even don't care on the complaints,, Foreigners for them just to collect money and forgot they have to give good service. owner just respond when she is have time no direct connection's. Reception is no person available.

- William (10/5): My stay at ERA apartments was that good that I rebooked for my return to Vietnam in 6 weeks time - Close to all amenities. Room was very comfortable with all the facilities I required. Ie fridge cooking facilities and washing machine

- Harney (1/5): Bad - Couldn't get in. Door was chained shut when I arrived at 5pm. Waited for 30+ minutes before booking somewhere else.
- Fabian (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment. I was one of the first guests. Hence everything was new. But the location is great and everything is perfect for longer stays of a few weeks. The security guard was very helpful as well and helped me fixing my bike. Definitely recommend it.
