Tienes a la vuelta de la esquina una panadería para desayunar muy completo. Todo correcto! Quizás el precio es algo elevado teniendo en cuenta que es un appto., y el párking se encuentra a un par de calles (200mts.), pero se valora positivamente que esté incluido en el precio.

Super communicatie met beheerders / eigenaar, reageren heel snel en denken goed mee. Ook de parkeer garage om de hoek was super , lekker dichtbij 3 min lopen. Kan niet echt wat bedenken eerlijk gezegd ….
• Michelle (10/5): Good location and a great apartment. Ideal for a family exploring Bilbao. - Great sized apartment with everything we needed for a short stay. The rooms were spacious and the decor is modern. It is located just on the edge of lots of great streets with plenty of places to eat and explore. The apartment had a strange smell, almost like damp when we arrived first, that took a day to go - maybe it was the cleaning products used - it's hard to know.

• Kurt (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent remodeled apartment! We liked everything and would most certainly come back. This apartment sets the bar for any other rental place. The one thing to note, is that there is construction going on in the building. They start at 8:30 AM sharp. No construction during the weekend. The other comment is that the hot water heater might be too small so let it heat up before people take showers. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

It was clean, spacious, and had a modern, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to the city center, restaurants, shops, and public transport. We could easily walk everywhere. We also loved how bright the apartment was during the day, and it was nice and quiet at night, so we slept well. Everything went smoothly, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fortunately the Easter holidays started on the Thursday so there was none the rest of the stay. Shower in main bedroom not draining properly causing shower tray to overflow A bottle of water and some coffee/tea for arrival Would have been nice as it was known we were arriving around midnight. Was very expensive for what you got.

All appliances and utensils of excellent quality. City centre location and a secure garage one block away. Timely and professional communication with the owners. It rained for the duration of our stay and we were very happy to see umbrellas provided, this is a first!. Nothing to report here!
• Frank (9/5): We loved it here! - The apartment is spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is also very good. And the location is also good. Everything on walking distance. The only thing we missed were some bins in the bathrooms. And the area around the apartment is a bit shady.
