• Sebastian (8/5): Decently priced basement unit with all the basics. - The price to quality ratio was quite great compared to the other options in the area. The hygiene was lacking a tiny bit. We encountered a few things that we did not like too much: 1. There was a wet and moldy coffee filter left in the coffee machine, 2. One big kitchen knife was left quite dirty and greasy in the cabinet, and 3. The bar of soap from the last guests was left in the shower. Other than this, the place was up to standard.

• Alana (10/5): Family-friendly home for your next trip to Montreal - Emily’s place was great. It felt like staying in a friend’s guest room, but it was a whole apartment. Everything we needed for 5 people, including 2 kids.
• Yong (10/5): Amazing place - This place was absolutely adorable and spotless. The space was thoughtfully organized, with plenty of helpful signs that made everything easy to navigate. Qing was an exceptional host. Her communication was incredibly fast and clear, always responding within seconds. The location was also super convenient, with lots of great spots just a short walk or drive away. Out of all the places (Airbnbs/Vrbos) we've stayed at in both the U.S. and Europe, this one stands out as the best by far! N.A.
• Christine (10/5): Charming! - This is a large basement suite in a person's home. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need. Even though the oven was not functioning, they provided a large toaster oven to serve the same purpose. Extra bedding was available, along with toiletries. They had drinks and snacks available for purchase. Much larger and better equipped than I expected. The host was kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Very charming, lovely decor, and has cute, helpful notices throughout. Shower needs to be re-caulked soon (starting to wear)

• Renat (10/5): Exceptional - Big, very clean accommodation with good kitchen and convenient parking. Comfortable for families to stay.
• Claudette (7/5): The apartment was adequate for our needs. - The accommodations were in a quiet residential area. It did accommodate our group. It is not a 3 bedroom villa as described. It is a basement apartment with really 2 bedrooms as the third room doesn't have any windows in it, so legally not a bedroom. If you want your guests to have a welcoming experience, do not display snacks such as chips and pop and expect your visitors to pay cash for it. It's not a hotel, and usually people provide those free of charge.

• Vadim (10/5): Perfect stay for travelers - House has plenty of space, including spaceous living room and even separate room for kids! You can park your car right near entrance. Very welcoming host! It's also quite close to downtown of Montreal, so i think this is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Montreal or just passing by.

The travel recommend - It was super comfortable, well furnished and well equipped with everything that you need in your travels. It’s a basement suite that allows entry through code lock and is perfect if you check in a bit late. Nothing - everything was great!
