Just round the corner from the bus stop. The room we had was on the ground floor, which I thought might be a bit noisy being on the street. But we slept great every night. There’s a small cafe at the hotel which seemed really popular. But the real bonus is the roof terrace with a small pool and kitchen area

Dakterras ook echt top, met wat cupjes om zelf je koffie te zetten en servies enzo voor als je even geen zin hebt om buiten de deur te eten. Heerlijk om te relaxen en de kamer is mooi ingericht. Straat is redelijk luidruchtig.

- Данило (9/5): Excellent value for money with outstanding cleanliness, caring host, and an incredible rooftop - I stayed here the longest during my trip, and it was excellent value for the price. The cleanliness was outstanding, probably one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though she doesn’t speak English, she always used a translator to communicate, and I really appreciated the effort she made to help guests feel comfortable. A huge extra plus goes to the rooftop terrace. Since the building is higher than most around it, the views are amazing — you can see Nerja, the sea, and the mountains from different sides. The rooftop kitchen is also very well equipped and has almost everything needed for cooking, although having a regular cooktop/stove would make it even better. The Wi-Fi signal was stable and good overall, though a bit more speed would be appreciated for remote workers. Sound insulation could also be better, but the hosts thoughtfully provide earplugs in case it gets noisy. The location is not the closest to the beach (around a 15-minute walk), but being very close to Mercadona is a big advantage.

Het dakterras is geweldig! Het personeel is erg aardig. Het brunch-restaurant naast de accommodatie is aan te raden. Het geluid van de auto’s ….

- Peter (9/5): Wonderfully comfortable apartment with lovely seas views in a perfect location. - We stayed in the apartment with the large terrace with sea views, which was fabulous. There was a lovely seating area and sunbeds to enjoy the sun. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage in both the bathroom and bedroom which was helpful. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting both the beach and the old town, which was just a few minutes away and was filled with bars and restaurants. There is a large Mercadona just across the street for any supplies you may need and a wonderful cafe just downstairs. Nothing

Fab coffee house downstairs serving great breakfast at an extra charge. Terrance and pool on rooftop Some of the facilities a little dated, however everything worked. No daily maid service, so we used the same towels for our 4 day stay and had to buy our own toilet roll as only 2 supplied. Juliet style balcony, so unable to sit out. Rooftop toilet has the roof standing against the wall and no toilet paper supplied in there throughout our stay. Never seen anyone on reception but they happily replied to the one query message sent.

- Calero (8/5): En general todo muy bien - Tal como se describe en las fotos, un sitio cómodo y con fácil acceso a todo, la chica de la recepción muy amable, nos facilitó todo a la hora de entrar, tiene un piscina en la terraza preciosa, y las habitaciones muy limpias y todo muy ordenado. Las áreas comunes muy bien ambientadas, una cortesía las cápsulas de café, y todo el equipamiento que había en la habitación, la estancia en general muy agradable y hay una cafetería abajo, que te ahorra tiempo si quieres aprovechar al máximo tu estadía en Nerja. También tienes el balcón de Europa, supermercados, cafeterías, restaurantes, etc cerca del alojamiento. Y también hay un parking público a 5min. Al no estar insonorizado, se escucha todo. El de la habitación de al lado, tenia una alarma puesta desde la 5:00am, que nos despertó a mi pareja y a mi, hasta las 8:30 am, así que decidimos irnos (fue la mañana de hoy, cuando ya teníamos que hacer el check-out a las 11:00am).

- Soraia (6/5): - Localização e limpeza do apartamento boas. Reservei exclusivamente pelo acesso à piscina, e não fui informada que não estava em funcionamento, nao havia qualquer aviso no booking, apenas na própria casa. A água do chuveiro sai quente e fria a toda a hora.

- suzanne (10/5): Really hoid - So clean and Carolina was sweet Microwave kettle and toaster were all in the wardrobe, no sockets nearby so had to boil kettle and use toaster in bedroom, toilet position was awkward facing shower screen not much leg room

- Gill (1/5): Dreadful attitude towards customers - I was not able to access the accommodation as my emails to my phone were delayed - a problem with my phone. I managed to get the Whatsapp number to contact for assistance but after 10 phone calls and 11 messages were ignored I was forced to find alternative accommodation for the night. They said there was no phone service!?! The Naim Guest house have apologised but refuse to take any responsibility or to reimburse me for payment made. Diabolical customer service, and totally uncaring attitude. Rude, uncaring establishment. They happily take your money then forget all about their responsibility for any sort of customer service! Beware of this Guest house, the management show no interest in the experience of their guests! Thankfully we found a far better alternative with kind, helpful staff who couldn't do enough to help us. I'm so grateful to them.

- Noelene (10/5): Overall great stay thank you to the staff who made it possible - Property was great clean comfortable lovely Staff Small kitchen area on terrace great meeting place met some very interesting people from different countries walking distance to everywhere nice coffee shop in the building Unfortunately weather was bad I was unwell and spent a lot of time in the room there was no internet on tv only Spanish stations would have been nice to watch movie
