• Paige (7/5): - Great location, room was comfy and bathroom was recently renovated As this was booked through booking.com we didn’t realise it wasn’t a hotel and instead an air bnb type stay in a residential apartment building. It just wasn’t the experience I was hoping for on our weekend away. The check in details weren’t send through prior to checking in and when we arrived at the accommodation luckily the owner answered the phone and could send them through straight away, otherwise we would’ve been locked out of the accommodation all night.

All the basic supplies you would need to cook and live on the cheap for the week. - This was the first rental I've done in that last 2 years where you could actually cook meals. All of the basics were there for pans, oil, basic spices, cooktop, oven and microwave. Kudos to actually having a kitchen you could use without spending a bunch of extra money on the essentials of cooking. The shower had plentiful hot water and was a real pleasure to use. The bed was fine. Sheets and towels were fine and lots of good pillows. Plenty of closet for getting the worst of your stuff hidden away during your stay. The location was fantastic in a couple blocks of the bus stop, tons of places to eat and drink, and it felt very safe walking the area at different hours. Laundry room was easy to use and $3 each per load to wash and dry. There was only one elevator working most of my stay, but not a deal breaker again. The biggest issue was the lack of sound insulation between units. You could hear dishes being completed in the next unit. The hot water tank was noisy both next door and in the unit when it was heating water with a constant banging noise. It was not a deal breaker, but goes along with the overall lack of soundproofing between units. The toilet was a little awkward for a taller or bigger person, but it should be fine for the vast majority of people. Again, nothing that would keep me from recommending the property with all the other outstanding features and location.

• Rhiannon (10/5): Amazing stay. - Went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The studio had everything we needed and more and was built to the highest spec. Couldn’t recommend it more.

• Jade (7/5): - The location of this studio was excellent. There were lots of restaurants, bars and cafes within a few minutes walk. We were able to walk to the main sights in Sydney from the accomdoation and did not have to rely on public transport which was great. The studio itself was very small especially if you are travelling with large suitcases. However, it had everything you needed for a short stay. Having laundry facilities in the building was very helpful. The studio itself was very small.

Perfect location for me to get to Bondi easily and down to rocks as well. It’s not the intercontinental- so, I didn’t expect it to be. No complaints. Nothing big to like.
