• Engin (5/5): - Konumu çok iyiydi Temiz degildi,koltuk çökmüş,yatak rahatsızdı ayrica koltuk ve minderler çok temiz görünmüyordu.Odada hamam böcegi vardi.Tuhaf bir koku vardı muhtemelen rutubet kokusunu bastırmak için ağır bir oda kokusuyla bastırmaya çalışmışlar.Salondaki klima yetersizdi.

• Cleber (7/5): Boa localização e mezanino estreito - Localização A distância da cama para o teto do mezanino é muito pequena tornando desconfortável e claustrofóbico. O sistema de acesso à acomodação não é eficiente. O acesso é feito por Meio de um aplicativo que exige sinal de internet para funcionar. O sinal perto da porta da acomodação é fraco e a porta não abre. Quando nos afastamos para conseguir um sinal forte, recebemos o alerta de que estamos muito distante da porta.

• Sandra (3/5): Informations importantes - L'emplacement et la décoration de l'appartement Appartement infesté de blattes. Système électronique bruillant déclenchement de 8h du matin à 10du soir toute les minutes trente. La mezzanine est au ras du plafond et le déplacement n'est possible qu'à 4 pattes.

• Елена (9/5): - Очень удачное расположение, до всех достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком, мы не пользовались общественным транспортом. В 5 минутах большой супермаркет. Много кафе и баров вокруг. В самом номере при этом тихо. Апартаменты соответствуют заявленному описанию и фото. Кровати удобные. Есть стиральная машина и даже были капсулы для нее, а на кухне средство для мытья посуды, губка, тряпка для стола и полотенце, что очень удобно!!! Темновато внутри. Видели тараканов в кухонной зоне. Требуется залог 300 € ( возвратный) или 18€ невозвратный, а также дополнительная регистрация с отправкой скана паспорта, эл. почты, домашнего адреса, телефона
• Miguel (6/5): - Es un apartamento, en general, bastante nuevo y muy bien decorado. Situado muy cerca del metro de Lavapiés. Tienen un proceso de contratación complejo al ser un alquiler de corta duración. Tienes que firmar un contrato, en el que te dicen que, o bien te retienen 300€ ante posibles desperfectos, o bien pagas 16€ aproximadamente sin posibilidad de retorno para subsanar algún posible deterioro. La humedad en el apartamento es elevada, de ahí que tengan un deshumificador constantemente funcionando (hace poco). Vimos varios bichitos tipo cucarachas rondando por la encimera de la cocina. Hay un dormitorio en la planta baja en condiciones (cama muy cómoda), pero la cama del altillo deja mucho que desear (bastante vieja e incómoda)

• Ghoul (6/5): Pleasant - Great location in the heart of Madrid Being located in an area full of life in the heart Madrid, at a walking distance (15 minutes) to the Prado Museum, Botanical Park & national and 10 minutes drive to the Royal Palace, this apartment would be convenient for tourists. However for a family with a baby, it is definitely not confortable: 1) the so called second bedroom was not really a bedroom, rather an attic over/above the kitchenette, with the height of the ceiling not exceeding 120 cm. Moreover, access to that bedroom requires climbing a wooden staircase that is not easy to climb; 2) no crib or other baby sleeping facility were made available; 3) there is a washing machine, but no washing powder/soap; 4) no paper napkins; 5) there is a coffee machine, but not even a single coffee tab, an no single battle of water that could be offered as a curtesy to guests making a long journey to reach the place ….
• Anna (9/5): Fantastic location. - Fantastic location. Very clean. Great communication from the owners. A lovely street right outside with everything on your doorstep. Would highly recommend. Beds were a little hard.

• Jake (4/5): Very lacklustre and needs some basic work and care for how much they charge - The space was used well Water damage that was known about and yet we were still put in that room speaks volume. We tried our best to not have the floor soaking wet but was just awry and stunk the place out of damp even with the dehumidifier on.
• Rubén (8/5): Nice - The property is well located, very clise to Metro, bus, Atocha traín station and places like Plaza del Sol and Gran Vía. The apart is comfy and good for 2 adults and 2 children. No external noise and lightning so you sleep like a baby. There are windows and a patio providing natural light. Shady neighbourhood, is predominantly African/Asian. Rubbish container is in front of the entrance to te property. The shower’s water is warmth but not hot, which is a problem during winter. It is unpleasant to take a shower like that after a cold day. Fix this issue and the apart would be perfect.

• Adrienne (8/5): Good value - There was a lot of space and good amount of kitchen supplies ( toaster, dishwasher, plenty of dishes, etc) The couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable and hard to sit and get up from.
• Artem (8/5): I recommend safe box with physical key at the door. - Subway station is very close as well as food store, restaurants, tourist sites. Area is rather nice with its unique spirit. Good price for the group of 4. Apartment is very well equipped. The apartment is nice but needs some repair. It was a problem with check in; which is airbnb disadvantage comparing with hotels with check-in counters. The rest pluses and minuses are described clearly by other guests, I do not want to repeat same info.

• Margie (10/5): I would stay here again. - Location was excellent. Easy walk to just about everywhere. The place was clean. You do have to collect keys at a different site but it’s close and the staff person was very kind.
• Carlo (10/5): My family loved our stay here. - Main floor. Super close to metro, groceries, restaurants and tourist sites. Kids loved the loft bedroom. Neighborhood is still a bit sketchy. For example, not uncommon to see homeless sleeping in area on benches and ground.
