Vasil (9/5): Great place. Best hotel in town. - Location, underground parking, rooms and baths. They had to take my credit card number in a very old school way - retyping it somewhere. Didn’t seem very secure. They needed it as a guarantee for some lousy reason. Break fast could finish a little later than 10:00. The apartment is a bit overpriced. Not many options for 3 or 4 people who need to stay together.

Masklin (9/5): Отличен - Добро местоположение, коректен персонал, чисти и топли стаи. Има подземен паркинг, което е удобство в този район. Банята е голяма и чиста. Всичко беше чудесно. Нова и отлично замислена сграда. Тих район. Не се сещам за нещо конкретно, освен че барът им не работеше, но явно това беше нещо временно.
Viktor (1/5): - Чисто. Мы приехали в субботу в 21:00 , ресторан сдали под какое-то мероприятие. Нас было 3 семьи с детьми, мы были вынуждены искать место где кушать с 21:30 до 22:30. По понятным причинам в выходной день было все занято либо уже кухня была закрыта (мы посетили около 6 мест). Нам пришлось поесть в Макдоналдсе ( мы там не питаемся, по состоянию здоровья) в 17 минутах езды от отеля. Вернулись в 23:50 и легли спать. Мы приехали на соревнования, половине людей утром было плохо.

TARIK BAL (1/5): Sofia gezimizin en kötü kısmı olan konaklama - Hiçbirşey Tesise geldiğimiz andan itibaren sürekli garip isteklerde bulunuldu. Önce kredi kartı bilgilerimizi istediler. Bunun neden olduğunu sorduğumuzda odalarda minibar olduğunu söylediler. Bu kadar zamandır otellerde kalıyorum ilk kez böyle bir istekle karşılaştım Ardından odayı açmamız için verdikleri anahtar bozuk çıktı. İki kere kendimiz gidip geldik. Kimse gelip kapıyı açmaya çalışmadı. Arabayla geldiğimiz için istersem aracı kapalı otoparka koyabileceğimi söylediler. Ancak 2 gün sonra ayrılırken bunun için günlük 10 euro ücret olduğunu ama bunu söylemeyi unuttuklarını iddia ettiler. Son zamanlardaki en kötü booking.com deneyimi oldu benim için. Burası benim için sofya da kalınmayacak oteller listesinin 1 numarasında bundan sonra.

ALBENA (10/5): Скрито бижу в София. Комбинация от комфорт, гледка към планината и изтънчена атмосфера. - Хотелът е нов, модерен, пълен комфорт. Бях в просторна стая с тераса и с изглед към Витоша. Близо е до МОЛ Paradise Center, зоологическата градина и до моята дестинаия - централен офис на Аианц България. Закуската: избор от малко но качествени продукти, в тиха спокойна, обстановка с френска музика... Бих отседнала отново. ---

Niki (10/5): Μια εξαιρετικά ευχάριστη διαμονή σε έναν μοντέρνο, καθαρό και προσεγμένο χώρο, με πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και εύκολη πρόσβ - Μοντέρνος και ιδιαίτερα καθαρός χώρος, με εμφανή προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και καλαίσθητες, artistic πινελιές στη διακόσμηση που δημιουργούν μια ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα. Διαθέτει άνετο και ασφαλές υπόγειο parking, κάτι που προσθέτει σημαντική ευκολία στη διαμονή. Αν και η τοποθεσία του είναι λίγο πιο απομακρυσμένη από το κέντρο, εξυπηρετείται άψογα, καθώς βρίσκεται μόλις περίπου 500 μέτρα από στάση μετρό. Παράλληλα, είναι πολύ κοντά σε ένα από τα πιο όμορφα εμπορικά κέντρα της πόλης, το Paradise, προσφέροντας επιπλέον επιλογές για αγορές και ψυχαγωγία. Θα μπορούσαν να γίνουν ορισμένες μικρές βελτιώσεις στο πρωινό. Eyal (4/5): it's a nice hotel definitely not luxury it seems like their main clients are per hour clients... - Good location and the stuff was friendly. We didn't like that they wanted to charge us €10 per hour for early checking I never experienced such a requirement in all of my travels

globetrotterdeparis (4/5): A fuir - Hôtel très décevant. Je cherche encore les 4 étoiles luxe ; l'hôtel en mérite deux. Si la femme de chambre est passée chaque jour, elle n'a fait que rabattre les draps du lit, mais n'a fait ni la chambre, ni la salle de bain. La décoration est affreuse et l'éclairage quasi inexistant, constitué d'ampoules économiques. Il est impossible de lire , ni assis ni allongé, à quelque endroit de la chambre. J'ai demandé une lampe d'appoint qui n'existait pas. Petit déjeuner lamentable. En revanche bon restaurant. La décoration est entièrement à revoir ; elle est digne des pays communistes : fleurs en plastique, papiers peints improbables etc. Le tout sombre et froid. Service inexistant. Hôtel loin de tout.

Yulian (4/5): - Локацията Бяхме осем дни и се наложи да изискваме да ни се сменят чаршафите. Последният ден стаята беше заредена само за един човек и вечерта ни се наложи да си изискваме поне кърпи за двама- тъй като казаха, че може да ни дадат чак на сутринта. Обслужването от към камериерки е лошо.

Felipe (9/5): Nice stay for business. - Everything looks new and well-maintained, great mattresses, and a very good location. Short walk to the metro and mall. The gym is very limited.

Whatever is in the leaflet that they have is just in the leaflet, choice of 3 pillows, the receptionist acted like it’s first time to hear and then they said they ran out Most of the staff was very impolite and non professional, with respect to some of the guys, but in general that is the feeling that you get. first time in my life someone to hangup on me while trying to get room service menu. Come downstairs and get it yourself! Like people are not ordering room service when they are naked or in a rush! Most disappointing is that when asked to get the manager’s contact they did not even tried to connect me to, not even someone called me the next morning. They don’t even asked at the check out how was your stay. So in general the managemenent there may be willing to improve but failed to create environent ans system for guests to report things easy. I wouldn’t go with bad review usually, but who has time to explain to receptionist and then to manager again on his own to try and find him when he is there. I gave a chance after person from restuarant hanging up on me, when i called reception, what they said is “tbe restaurant is separate, it’s not part of the hotel, just a cooperation” .. then do not offer room service
John (10/5): Great experience. - It is a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel, on a very quiet spot. The staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. Our bed was very wide, and the mattress one of the best I've ever slept on. We really liked the underground parking, and the fact that it was just a 5' walk from one of the largest malls with a metro station to the center of the city. We will definitely stay there on our next visit. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Yordan (8/5): - Almost everything was great. Honestly, I would have rated it a 10 if not for the relatively big issue I experienced with the power in my room. The power in my room would just turn off after an hour of being in the room. The only way to reset it was to open the main door again and close it. At the reception, they told me this is an older issue with the room I was in, and they thought it was fixed. The power going off can be dangerous, especially if it happens while you are in the shower. It also meant that I couldn't charge my devices overnight, which is not ideal.
