• Christina (2/5): A disappointing and stressful experience — the noise and the host’s attitude made it impossible to rest or feel welcome. - The flat is located in a nice area of Trastevere, close to restaurants and within walking distance to many sights. The interior looks just like the photos, and check-in was easy. What didn’t you like about the property? Unfortunately, the apartment is extremely loud. The windows and doors are not soundproofed, and from 6 a.m. the street cleaning sounds as if it’s happening right in the room. There is absolutely no privacy – conversations in one room are heard clearly throughout the apartment, and even using the bathroom feels like it’s in the middle of the living space. Worst of all, we were pressured to leave before our checkout time. Our booking clearly stated we had until 10:30, but the host sent the cleaning team at 10:00 and called multiple times urging us to leave. After we showed him our booking screenshot, he changed the listed checkout time. It was stressful, unprofessional, and ruined the end of our trip.
• Shannon (9/5): Great spot in Trastevere - Great location, central to many of the most popular sites. Coliseum, Vatican, etc. Maybe 20 or more restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Andrea was very helpful and even arranged a private car to pick us up from the airport. We would definitely go back again. Via di San Cosimato is a lively street that we enjoyed, but the street noise can go a bit late on some nights. I would still come back to this apartment in future stays.

• Sarah (7/5): Fantastic location. - We loved the location as well as the number of beds. We could have used a washing machine plus the kitchen supplies were very limited.
• James (9/5): Great location, lots of room, en suite with master bedroom, plenty of storage. - We liked the location very much. It is close to many shops, dining, a daily food market, and walkable to several tourist sites. We liked the size of the property. There was room to accommodate the four of us very comfortably. There were pots, pans, plates, cups, flatware, etc. to simplify cooking in the flat. It seemed secure with locked street door and securely looked entry door on floor 3 as well. We saw no other building tenants during our stay. The hot water gave out one night, however, the manager walked me through resetting process with the equipment (mostly digital, dials) and we video chatted on what’s app which worked out great. The problem did not recur during our stay. It’s also on floor 3, so lugging baggage in/out was a chore with no lift/elevator, but we were told this when we booked.
