- Ali (1/5): A bad stay; I was deceived by the customers' reviews of the hotel. - Unfortunately, I didn't like anything except The hotel's proximity to the Wednesday market 1.I didn't like that whenever I wanted to enter the hotel I had to ring the bell instead of giving each guest a key to the outer door, as if I were entering an apartment and not a 3-star hotel. 2. The first day I arrived at the hotel, the electricity was out. The power outage lasted from 9 PM until 3 AM, and they offered no assistance. When I learned that the hotel owner also owned another hotel, I went there myself and insisted on staying in the reception area. They eventually gave me a single room, even though my wife and I were exhausted from waiting and the bitter cold. Unfortunately, they didn't help us immediately or compensate us in any way. 3. I didn't like that the employee in the breakfast room, when customers left bread or cake pieces, immediately returned them to the breakfast area. This is unsanitary and unacceptable. 4- I didn't like that the room doors weren't secure and needed maintenance, and the hotel rooms weren't soundproof at all. 5.I didn't like that the bathroom shower wasn't working and they put a white tape over it instead of fixing it. 6.I was disappointed that the heating radiator wasn't working properly, so I personally bleed it out and released the air, after which it started working and providing the required heat. 7.I was disappointed when I asked the cleaning lady to change the towels and she told me she would, but unfortunately when I returned in the evening I found no cleaning or towel changes. So my wife and I changed the towels and made the bed ourselves. 8. I was disappointed that after six days at the hotel, the cleaning lady didn't come to clean my room until the seventh day, and I wish she hadn't come at all, as she didn't clean the room, only changed the towels. 9.I didn't like that when it rained, water entered the room and the humidity became high. 10.I wasn't impressed. They said breakfast was from 8 to 10 am, but by 9 am I hadn't even found a single bowl of soup.

Также рядом с отелем рынок и оттуда идёт тошнотворный запах. Нет минимаркетов рядом. В самом отеле не было отопления, я замёрзла. Попала в Стамбуле в период ливней - в отеле не смогла просушить куртку, было очень холодно, кроссовки промокли - пришлось выкинуть. Хороший стабильный интернет. Я поехала протестировать свою удалённую работу и интернет в номере не подвёл. Уборщица не выносила мусор, хотя я оставляла табличку

- Emadeldin (8/5): جيد جدا - فريق عمل رائع مريح هادئ غير متوقع يجعلك تشعر بالاطمئنان والألفة . غرفة لطيفة . صغيرة جدا ولكن تفي بكل الاحتياجات الأساسية . ونظيفة . وإفطار أساسي ايضا جميل جدا ليس متنوع جدا ولكن مطبوخ بعناية تشعرك انك تأكل من يد أحد أفراد أسرتك . ومشروبات ساخنة ممتازة في الإفطار قهوة وشاي . وناس لطيفة مبتسمة ومريحة . قريب من محطات المواصلات . وقريب من مسجد الفاتح . الغرفة للاسف كانت باردة . التدفئة لم تكن تعمل و اعتمدنا في التدفئة على المكيف . والذي لم يكن كافي لتدفئة الغرفة . الأغطية ايضا لم تكن كافية . لا اعرف اذا كان هذا وضع طارئ أو مستمر مع مراعاة أنني كنت في أبرد فترة في السنة تقريبا . ورغم ذلك قد اجربه مرة أخرى لقربه من مسجد الفاتح . وطرق الموصلات موقعه لطيف والمكان مليء بالخدمات والمطاعم والمقاهي التقليدية .

- Андрей (6/5): - Расположение, хорошие завтраки, близость общественного транспорта, до многих достопримечательностей минут 10 -20 ходьбы. Общая оценка отеля здесь 7.8, ну больше 6 вряд ли можно поставить. Сам номер маленький, в принципе это не сильно пугает, мы приходили поздно вечером, уходили утром, кровать устраивала, в душе тоже крайне мало места, а сидя на унитазе упираешься коленками в стену. Меня не пугала плесень на потолке , или ненатертый кран, а пугало само состояние сантехники , все буквально разваливается, унитаз вырван, и было очень некомфортно, душ течет, вонь, из негерметичности прилигания, ну очент шумно, стены буквально картонные .Достаточно усталый отель, комнаты очень маленькие, очень плохая сантехника, вонь, унитаз сломан, кабинка течет

- Stefan (1/5): Bad decision - Just the guys from reception, the rest is bad Firstly the room, no windows, bad odours, small. The cleaner lady doesn’t clean everyday and she just change the bed and 2 towels, the rest stays the same all days. That lady doesn’t say hello or thank you when others are respectful people. She is in charge of cleaning and for breakfast too. The breakfast is the worst that ever seen… no many options and is not look fresh. One day the boiled eggs smelled bad🤨

- Fedor (9/5): Отель хорошо подходит для того, чтобы провести в нем 1-2 ночи - Отель расположен в 10 мин пешком от станции метро, на котором мы добрались в центр Стамбула из аэропорта. В шаговой доступности от отеля есть несколько закусочных, шашлычных и полноценных кафе. Также в 2х минутах имеется круглосуточная заправка, там можно купить воду и какую-то базовую еду для перекуса. Там принимают карты. Сам отель неплохой, в стоимость проживания включен завтрак. Персонал в отеле очень дружелюбный - готовы помочь по любому вопросу. Оплата проживания также возможна банковской картой. Завтрак в отеле хоть и имеется, но он не очень разнообразный - яйца, сосиски, оливки и хлопья. Лучше позавтракать в одной из местных шаурмичных - вкуснее и сытнее. Прямо напротив отеля работает пекарня, открывается уже в 7 утра. В отеле есть лифт, но маленький и не очень удобный (не автоматическое закрывание дверей, а ручное), а лестничный проем довольно узкий - поднимать чемоданы в номер не очень удобно.
- MOHAMAD (1/5): BAD - Nothing like reviews - The hotel furniture is not old. - Bad Management : When i arrived to hotel, they asked me to go to another hotel for 2 nights ( although i contacted them the day before i arrived but they didnt mention that my room wont be available), also they didnt even offer a transfer to the other hotel , so i had to drag my luggages for 500 meters after a long travel. - No kettle or tea or sugar or coffee in the room : I stayed 2 days asking the morning shift reception and the night ne for a kettle , untill finally they brought one. - Room need maintenance: No door for the shower, so every time you have a shower you have to clean the bathroom floor. Also the Room's door doest close and needs repair, you have to push it hard and lock it so it wont open. - Poor and limited breakfast: 3 types of cheese, jam, butter, eggs, cucumber, tomato,beef mortedella, russian salad ( sometiomes soup,onion rings,fries but not everyday) Most of the time you find the plates empty with a delay or no refill especially if you didnt come early for breakfast) For 2 days , i had to ask for fresh bread because they were putting the old one from the day before - long distances to public transports: 750m to vezniceler metro, 900m to laleli tramway station There is a bus station at 300m away you can use it sometimes instead of walking to metro or tram - Morning reception is NOT cooperative at all, when we find out that our room is not available, he wasnt even cooperative or sorry,no options : drag your luggage to the other hotel, or find your self another hotel and we will refund you your money later) He acted in a rude way Also one day the elevator was not working, we informed him but he ignored the issue, and at night we informed the night shift guy who fixed the elevator him self in few minutes Note: We message Booking.

Если просишь то уборка будет каждый день. Полотенца меняют и постельное белье тоже. Да тесно, да в ванной тоже тесно, но нам гуляющим путешественникам это самое то. Пришел искупался и спать. Плюс большой- завтрак. Вкусно. Сытно. Я вернусь туда обязательно. Потому что удобно, чисто и вкусно)
- Halina (8/5): - Расположение хорошее от метро 10 минут спокойнм шагом. Есть лифт. Не было маленьких полотенец в одном из номеров. бронировали два, по просьбе выдали большие. Оставляли чемодан до вечера на ресепшен. Уборка по запросу. бронировали два номера, в 16 00 готов был только один, второй к 18 00. после прежних гостей убран плохо.
- Mustafin (8/5): If you want to travel around the city and only stay overnight in a hotel, this might be the best opt - Helpful staff, helped find the nearest cafe and answered questions. Good location, there are inexpensive eateries nearby and a bus stop from which you can get to the main attractions. the rooms were very small but that was to be expected for the price. There is a market nearby from which the smell of raw meat sometimes wafted. The water was cold at times.

В ванной плохой слив, постоянно стоит вода, в номере есть чайник, но чай никто ни разу не принёс, уборки и смены полотенец не было ни разу, на ресепшн говорили, но видимо ребята забывали). Но мы же не навсегда там селились, а только ночевали, поэтому не страшно.

- Serzhan (5/5): Так себе - Как мы и хотели, расположение было удобным. Персонал отзывчивый. Постельное бельё и полотенца были чистыми. К сожалению, пребывание в этой гостинице оставило неприятные впечатления. Номер был грязный: стены в пятнах, следы убитых комаров, в ванной ощущался запах сырости. Вода в душе плохо стекала. Кондиционер работал очень шумно, но без него было невозможно спать ночью из-за духоты. В итоге — или душно, или шумно, — спать было тяжело. Расположение удобное, рядом много мясных магазинов, но от них доносится неприятный запах, особенно вблизи гостиницы. Завтрак однообразный, но достаточно сытный. Иногда персонал не успевает вовремя пополнять блюда — приходится просить, чтобы добавили хлеб или яйца. В целом, гостиница не соответствует заявленным 3 звёздам: чистота и комфорт оставляют желать лучшего.

- Ali (10/5): Located in old Istanbul, everything walking distance; Great Bazzar, Land marks, and restaurants - The breakfast was super. I am currently doing a keto diet. I was able to get enough boiled, fried eggs and meat strips to full me up. The location is central to old Istanbul. All of old Istanbul is walking distance. Because it is located in old Istanbul, you will need to make arrangement for parking if you have a car.

- Samia Nazir (7/5): Happy that I stayed with you guys - Salaar has been so empathetic and concerned about our comfort and ease. I am thankful for every help endowed by him. Lentil soup and cheese in the breakfast menu made me love the place. Kitchen staff were super hospitable, and I wouldn't have any problem with making things my way there. Resourcing the room with fresh cups and cleaning system was not that efficient
