- Lieuw On (9/5): Great place and location, Not so good for elderly who have issues climbing stairs. - Nice spacious home, 3 levels. Bathroom on lower level was not that safe to get into and out of. Not all heater in the house were working, espexially the downstairs room which are the coldest.

The view from the balcony is amazing!
The apartment was large enough for 6 adults and was clean and tidy.
Access instructions were easy to follow to locate the locked key box and the keys. The main bedroom lights didn't work, and we couldn't reach the blind cords to adjust the blinds and therefore the natural light.
The front downstairs bedroom's heater sparked when turned on, so didn't use.
The back downstairs bedroom's power cable was cut and therefore couldn't use. There was also lip stick on the sheets in this room
The downstairs bathroom door doesn't lock.
There was an open packet of coffee pods, but no coffee machine.
There was also a very strange, loud noise (particularly at night) that was heard from the main bedroom on going to bed, but it did stop on our first and second nights. The third night it was windy most of the night and the noise went on all night, to the degree that the bedrooms on the bottom floor also heard some of it. It sounded like the roofing iron was lifting in the week and then dropping. We did think it may have been the steel cables on the ladders to the roof outside the northern side of the apartment, but we decided that the noise was greater than those cables would create.
Just thought that we would bring this to your attention, as it did keep my husband and I awake most of our last night in the main bedroom.
- Josh (8/5): Great location and space and views. Not suitable for small children or seniors. - Great location, plenty of space. Excellent views from top floor Be prepared for lots of stairs! Refrigerator was dangerously placed at top of a long staircase.
- Lachlan (8/5): Thouroughly enjoyable stay and great value for money. - Location was amazing. Just outside of the Melbourne CBD but easy access to everything that you could want. Pillows in the master bedroom were without pillow cases and the bathrooms could have been a cleaned a little better but overall not much to be unhappy about.
- Haiyan (5/5): Location convenient but not clean. - Location is good. Can walk to CBD. Not clean, cabinets, laundry and floor are dusty. Basin downstairs didn’t work at all. We all four staying downstairs have to use laundry sink.
No extra rubbish bags provided so we couldn’t change the rubbish bins. No handwash downstairs.
No air conditioners downstairs in both bedrooms.
Shower downstairs are inside bathtub, which are too high to cross. This is a big safety concern.
