Susanne (10/5): Einzigartiges Stadthaus in super Lage - Die tolle Lage, man ist in nur fünf Minuten im Zentrum und in zehn Minuten an der wunderschönen Cala Gat.. Die Einrichtung, alles ist stimmig und gemütlich und sehr hochwertig. Tolle gemalte Bilder, die vom Vermieter selbst kommen. Gemütlicher Innenhof der zum Entspannen einlädt. Großzügiger Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Sehr sympathischer und unkomplizierter Kontakt! Zwei Zimmer sind mit Hochbetten ausgestattet, daher bei zwei Pärchen in der Gruppe nicht ganz so optimal. Aber auch diese Zimmer ansonsten gut ausgestattet, daher auch kein Abzug in der Bewertung. Diese beiden Zimmer sind auch zur Straße, daher nichts für Geräuschempfindliche. Aber wenn man in Cala Ratjada so nah am Zentrum wohnen möchte, ist dies auch eher unumgänglich ;).
