- Yong (3/5): 体验感很差!冬天或者有雪的时候住必须开四驱加雪胎的车!! - 唯一的优势离Mont- Blanc很近开车3分钟,离Mont- Tremblant开车20分钟 收400多加币的服务费和清洁费,这么小的房子里沙发上很清晰脏的地方! 房子很不好找,我们晚上到达的房子的门牌号不是工作人员提供的号码,而且房子在山上,车道清冰很不及时,我们走路都摔跤,开车也打滑差一点点就撞到了房子!!卫生间的门在里面经常性不能打开,大门外面的门也无法正常关闭,有风就吹开!!Listing上也不写清晰有几个卫生间,我们8个人的房子竟然只有一个卫生间,但是listing上写着两个!!工作人员对房屋里的东西很不熟悉,问他咖啡机品牌,他告诉我Nespresso,我自己带了咖啡胶囊但是房子里却是Hamilton Beach品牌的咖啡机完全和他说的不是同一个东西。清洁人员对房屋里的用品也不补充,我们8人住四晚就留了一个厨房纸,一盒餐巾纸,沐浴露的瓶子里是空的!热水有很深的黄色,稍微放一会就没热水了无法两个人洗澡!我真的不明白为什么收那么高的清洁费,但是卫生不是很干净还得需要我们自己处理垃圾,洗干净碗碟。这些不是都应该包在清洁费里的吗?
- Nicolina E (9/5): Overall we had a nice stay - Cozy vibe, the smaller chalet was not right on the main street, fireplace, well equipped kitchen, good location. The driveway is somewhat steep and it was not adequately maintained for cars to acces the parking that's all the way up. Neither our car, not the other chalet's guests' could access the parking lot. It was also very slippery due to the rain in January, so it was not very accessible especially if you have mobility restrictions. The two bedroom apartment has no access to the jacuzzi, it is only for the bigger chalet. The wood was wet, so we had to go buy our own to be able to make a fire, despite the owner confirming that we do not need to bring our own wood. They have plenty, but it was not usable.
