• Montserrat (8/5): Bon lloc per tornar - Gran, espaiós, net, ben situat. Els responsables molt amables i ben equipat. Molt important que té aparcament i és gratuït. He trobat a faltar una secadora i més draps de cuina. Les tovalloles i el drap de cuina no s’acabaven d’eixugar. Suposo que és degut al clima de l’illa.

• Brigitte Gertrud Maria (10/5): Wunderbar - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt – genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles war vorhanden und in einem top Zustand. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub richtig genießen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🌴☀️
• Michael_Haile (2/5): sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Lage ist super. Man ist sofort im Zentrum. Toll! Es gibt einen Parkplatz (der ist zwar kompliziert, aber geübte Fahrer haben damit kein Problem). Das elektronische Zugangssystem funktioniert super. Die Küche ist groß. Die Wohnung ist sehr feucht, daher gibt es Schimmel im Hauptschrank. Man kann ihn aber im ganzen Haus riechen. Der Geruch wird daher im Apartment mit Raumduft überlagert. Die Wohnung ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, mit sehr billigen Möbeln und Geräten. Die Spülmaschine ist kaputt gegangen und hat einen Kurzschluss verursacht. Da Feiertag war, konnte es nicht repariert werden (das ist aber OK, der Kontakt zu Fernando war super und es war nicht seine Schuld). Es liegt an der billigen Ausstattung. Die Abflüsse in den Bädern funktionieren nicht richtig, das Wasser läuft sehr langsam ab. Man hört die unteren Nachbarn sehr stark - die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eine Katastrophe. 9 Übernachtungen 2.400 €. Im 5-Sternehotel Taoro hätte ich das Selbe bezahlt, das habe ich aber erst vor Ort herausgefunden. Wir waren gar nicht zufrieden. Es hätte 1.000 € billiger sein müssen für diese Leistung
• Diana (9/5): Comodidad y buena ubicación - La ubicación está muy bien, en pleno Puerto de la Cruz, y que tenga aparcamiento es un plus a tener en cuenta. Las camas y almohadas son comodísimas (la litera no la probamos), y estuvimos muy tranquilos en el apartamento. El edificio es antiguo, aunque el apartamento está reformado y es bonito. La rampa del aparcamiento es muy empinada, y aunque me dio miedo la primera vez luego vi que era posible sin problema.
• Itxaso (9/5): - Apartamento amplio y muy bien situado En la descripción dice que tiene lavadora y fuimos con la ropa justa pensando en lavar en el apartamento pero no había. Creo que lo tendrían que rectificar en el apartado de servicios. Por suerte encontramos una lavandería a unos pocos metros.

• Moustapha (10/5): One of the Best Options you can get in Puerto de la Cruz - The apartment is newly renovated and well equipped, location is very central with few steps to restaurants, cafes, shops, or beach. The apartment has a parking slot in the same building with easy access compared to the rest of Puerto de la Cruz options. Hosts were very welcoming and cooperative, and we liked the smart lock and extra keys that made us move in and out easily. Third room wasn't that private, noise of the street and from the neighbors were the price of the good location, but really that wasn't a big deal compared to the great positive things in this apartment

Right in the centre of shops bars restaurants and the amazing lido which is a must From the bunk bed bedroom which was mine the traffic was terrible noisy other than that perfect (I expect if children were in there they would not have noticed )
• Dan (9/5): Excellent place. Very handy position close to everything. Would stay again and highly recommend - Brand new Very handy position Lisa was very helpfull and lovely. Not a dislike but was brand new, so missing a few things like wine glasses etc but not a big deal. I think rooms should have hard aircon installed, but again not a big deal. Vehicle parking is very difficult to come by, but this is common throughout area.
