- VÍCTOR (10/5): EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN E INSTALACIONES. - Leticia siempre se mostró proactiva, a resolver los pequeños inconvenientes que se presentaron. Hay un plus importante que tiene este apartamento, que además de su cercanía del centro, excelente calefacción, así como de lo bien mantenido que se encuentra y es que está ubicado a menos de una cuadra de un buen y completo "automercado". Muy recomendable este lugar. No hay nada que indicar.

- Rodriguez (10/5): Excepcional - La ubicacion es excelente, hay un supermercado (la anonima) sobre la misma cuadra y detras del edificio se encuentra el museo maritimo del presidio. Los propietarios son personas super amables y serviciales. Lo unico a tener en cuenta es que el edificio tiene vista a un colegio primario, por lo que en los dias de semana se pueden ver y a escuchar a los niños jugando y gritando y para alguien eso puede ser molesto. Por todo lo demas excelente.
