Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the balcony. 9. Water is a scarce commodity. Use it responsibly. 10. It is not allowed to hold parties or events without prior notice and authorization from the owner. 11. Entry of unregistered guests is not permitted. The maximum capacity of the property is 5 people. 12. Quiet hours are from 00:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. 13. Eating or drinking is not allowed in the rooms or on the sofa. Please enjoy your meal at the dining table. 14. Please dispose of trash in the trash container. 15. Please keep an eye on children, particularly if they go out onto the balcony. 16. Please be sure to turn off lights, and any other electronic devices while not in use, and particularly when leaving the house. Don't forget to close the windows and the door. 17. Please report any damage and/or breakage immediately. 18. Please wash dishes and dispose of trash before checking out. 19. Please take care of the apartment as if it were yours. 20.
