Bir önceki misafirler evi boşalttıktan hemen ardından biz eve girdik! Banyoda duş ve rezervuar arızalı idi (ev sahibine haber verince tamiri edildi).

• Risto (9/5): Superb - Welcoming host and clean, cosy place. Quiet and pretty area with quite good connections to the city and sites. Small things. Soaps, dish soaps, toilet paper running out, but got more with request. Warm water broke for couple days but was finally fixed. Toilet button was broken leaving water often running.

• Sébastien (8/5): Good apartment, but not near the center and the shower is problematic. Best for a quiet stay. - * I have back problems, and the bedding was excellent, which is very rare. My son slept on the sofa and also found it very comfortable. * The apartment is very clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a fridge, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine with capsules provided. * It has air conditioning, we didn't need it given the season, but it's a very positive point in summer * It is in a residential neighborhood, so it is very quiet (but, as mentioned, farther from the center). * Soap is also available, which is useful if you're traveling by plane. * The photos accurately match reality. * The Wi-Fi is fast. * The apartment is on the ground floor of the building but has a thick, secure door. * The owner is very responsive, answers messages immediately, and is even reachable at night in case of problems. * The shower system is unreliable (as we had already read in other reviews). The water constantly fluctuates between ice-cold and boiling hot, and the drainage system doesn’t work well. * The location is not really close to the city center. It takes at least 25 minutes, but in reality, more like 45 minutes, considering the time to reach the bus stop, wait for a bus (which may have arrived early or not come at all…). On foot, it depends on where you are, but you should allow about 1h – 1h15. The main issue is in the evening, relying on public transport makes it complicated to go out at night to see the city lights. We usually returned around 10:30 PM. If you want to go out in the evening or explore for an extra hour before leaving, it's not really possible unless you take a Vespa, taxi, scooter, or another option. We also had an issue with the toilet flush, which ran all night. The system got stuck, and the water kept running loudly. We called the owner, who answered at midnight, so he is reachable even late at night. However, there wasn’t much he could do until the morning, though that wasn’t his fault. Overall Impression: We were generally satisfied with the apartment. Our main issue was its distance from the center (since it was advertised as "close to the center," which is relative...) and the shower, which was really inconvenient and unpleasant. If you're coming to relax and explore a bit during the day, it's fine. But if you want to make the most of a short stay in Rome, visit as much as possible, and enjoy restaurants in the evening, think twice. Additional Information: There is a restaurant at the bottom of the street and a smaller, more family "Fresco e Genuino." There is also a small supermarket on the street. For reference, a taxi from Termini to the apartment costs €50.
• Vlatka (8/5): Very good - The staff is excellent. The kitchen is full and has all you need. It has a welcome set (coffe included). Bath towels included. The shower was somehow clogged and the water temperature of the shower wasn't consistant (cold and warm).
• Tomasz (9/5): Superb - Nice, modern, comfortable flat with all the necessary things for a short stay. Very good contact with the owner.
