• Wendy (9/5): We hebben genoten in het ontzettend mooie appartement! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! - Het appartement lag heel mooi direct aan het zwembad aan de zonzijde. Daarnaast was het appartement heel compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien! Supermarkt dicht in de buurt
• Sjakie (9/5): Prachtig appartement - Het zwembad, vanuit de kamer directe toegang tot het terras en zwembad. De zitbank op het terras vond ik minder goed gekozen, had liever een tafel met 4 stoelen gehad zodat men buiten kan ontbijten of s’avonds iets eten. De sleutel in ontvangst nemen, wij moesten als wij geland waren een sms sturen zodat Agnieska wist hoelaat wij op het appartement aankomen. Bij aankomst niemand te zien, diverse keren gebeld, maar geen gehoor, uiteindelijk Booking.com gebeld en na 2 uur konden wij eindelijk het appartement binnen.

• Peter (5/5): Customer care let's this one down - The apt was really nice with the location poolside which was a bonus, the apt was well equipped. This is a difficult one for me to comment on as the apt was almost 10/10 , it was how we were treated that was 1/10....... once I had booked the apt, I asked for an early check in at 12 noon instead of 4pm, this was granted by the owner immediately. I was then put in contact with the woman who manages the apt for the owner to arrange check in which I did and stated I had an early check in. She advised me at this time I could not check in till 4pm, I advised her I had agreed with the owner that a 12 noon check in was confirmed........her replies to me were rude in my opinion and then the truth came out as to the reason why the early check in was now bring denied, they had accepted an extension of stay for the people using the apt before me and therefore needed the time to clean now prior to me arriving.........as a compromise I asked if we could leave our cases at 12 noon and get changed from travelling which she agreed to, then when we arrived at 12 noon, she wouldn't accept a phone call, asked me to message her, then said she wasn't about and we couldn't leave our cases........this was all very stressful and not the start to my holiday I had expected . So to summarise the stay, apt is fantastic, customer care is terrible.......very disappointed and can honestly say never been treated like this before. At no point did I receive an apology for them going back on an agreement nor did I feel like my custom was appreciated.
• María Jose (10/5): Recomendable - Lo que más nos gustó del apartamento es la piscina que está justo nada más salir por la parte del salón, a pesar de ser agosto la piscina no estaba casi nunca muy llena, hasta las 22 de la noche te puedes bañar , el apartamento está muy nuevo y muy cómodo dos habitaciones y dos baños, tiene aparcamiento subterráneo aunque se aparca bien por la zona. La distancia andando a la playa con el calor que hace en agosto es un poco lejana y aunque hemos tenido que coger el coche hemos encontrado para aparcar en las playas de Orihuela sin problema.

• James (7/5): Enjoyed stay. Excellent service from Keyholder - Mrs Agnes, (key holder, cleaner etc) was extremely helpful. She met us even though our plane had been delayed and it was very late. She was always at the end of a phone if we needed anything. The apartment was very clean and modern. TV stopped working. We were told the owner had let the contract run out. Although bed was new and very clean the mattress was very hard. But that is just personal preference.

• Lina (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is in a very good location, only 10min walk to La Zenia shopping centre and the beaches, restaurants etc. are all really close by. Everything you need is in the apartment, the pool is the view from the sitting room. We will definitely return and recommend this apartment to our family and friends.
