• Cynthia (9/5): Perfecte locatie voor een bezoek aan Rome centrum - Prachtige locatie. Ruime kamers en badkamers. Hele fijne omgeving. Goed openbaar vervoer in de buurt.
• zebbady (9/5): Great location Livia was a great host . - We had few issues with the apartment when we arrived . However , Livia was quick to respond and resolve our concerns . Once we figured out how to turn the A/C completely off due to the noise from the condenser unit that’s mounted outside the main bedroom window sill we could sleep uninterrupted . The apartment is very good for two traveling friends and the building is not far from the main train station . This as stated, near the station and one should be aware of one’s surroundings at night . A few things the owner needs to put right ie.. light fixture in hallway , general up keep in a few areas . But on the whole a great place to rest your head . Again Livia was amazing !!!!

• Maria Candida Oliveira (8/5): - A vista única para as Termas de Diocleziano. Localização, perto da Estação Termini, com transportes, restaurantes e supermercado perto. Apartamento bonito, bem recuperado, em edificio antigo. O ruido intenso proveniente do motor do ar condicionado colocado no exterior de um dos quartos do apartamento que impediu um descanso completo e continuo durante a noite.

• Aja (8/5): - Convenient for train station and apartment was just as described. Hosts were kind and reliable. The air conditioner seemed to be on some kind of timer so it wouldn’t just stay on.
• Juliette (10/5): Character filled apartment. Close to main train station and other attractions, with gorgeous review - Gorgeous views and such handy location. We went into central able to check in early which was a lifesaver after a 12 hour flight
• Dominic (8/5): Very good - Excellent location just a few hundred yards from Termini, and so very easy to get around the city. The reception manager, Livia was friendly and exceptionally helpful. Elisabetta should know that Livia is a real asset. The air conditioning worked well, which was a real blessing in a 38 degree heatwave, so we were all able to relax after sightseeing. The only quibble I might have is that the air conditioning unit outside the main bedroom is quite noisy. Although I slept through it, it might disturb others who are light sleepers.

• Breanne (10/5): We had a fantastic and comfortable stay - The view was breathtaking! We loved having multiple bedrooms and even more bathrooms for our group. The elevator was AMAZING. We had trouble getting the AC to work in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. Thankfully the weather was nice enough to keep windows open at night!
• Kwonyeol (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, Livia was very friendly. And, this accommodation was clear and sweet. Lastly, the location of this accommodation is nearby historical places. Our family was satisfied with this home and Livia. I recommend.

• Bechara (9/5): Fantastic location, service and view from the bedrooms, quiet. Minor maintenance needed on hot water - The lady who received us and answered all our questions, Livia, was amazing. The hot water system needs proper fixing from the landlord. One day it failed to restart despite following the instructions (they are aware of the issue)
