• Mattia (8/5): Camere al primo piano accoglienti, quelle al secondo piano meno - Il contesto è molto accogliente, lo staff è disponibile e ben organizzato, buona ristorazione tradizionale del posto. Purtroppo ci è stata attribuita una camera che non corrispondeva affatto con le foto sul sito web (prezzo qualità non equivalente). Consiglio all'hotel di rinnovare il secondo piano.

• David (10/5): Wonderful, unique, off the beaten track - Highly recommended to those looking to get away from the crowds! Beautiful location high above the valley, yet easy to get to via an aerial tram that departs from the Niederrickenbach train station, a short hop from Lucerne. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent and vegetarian friendly. This is a great starting point for hikes in a gorgeous part of Switzerland - near the hotel, there's a 4 person tram to the Musenalp on the mountain above (https://www.musenalp-nw.ch/bahn/) and it's a 20-30 minute walk to the most unique chairlift I've even encountered (https://haldigrat.ch/). We only stayed two nights - next time we're planning on a longer stay!
• Angela (6/5): You will have to add another 100 on to your costing as the cable cart is over 50 and the food as once your up there that - The stunning views and friendly staff The building and location itself were amazing , annoying the cable car is the only way up and is another costing and then lack of food options available , the food served is amazing , and possibly the lack of English speaking make communication a little difficult but the people are very friendly and the views amazing
