• Patricia (2/5): Many things have failed, but most of it, was the lack of communication from Aris. - I liked the environment of the apartment. Very cosy and well decorated. I didn't like the fact that for a stay of 3 nights they only gave us one bath towel. We were two staying in there. I requested this on the day of my arrival but my message was never replied to and an extra towel was never given. Then on the next day my partner went to have a shower and suddenly there was water coming into the corridor from the bathroom door, from the shower and went into the bedroom. This was not acceptable. I messaged Aris but my message was just replied to the next day. This was actually never fixed during my stay. Aris did not even tried. There was also water leaking from the cupboard to the floor, in the kitchen, not sure where the water was coming from. It would have been an exceptional place to stay otherwise.

Lokalizacja nie należy do najlepszych, ale dojazd jest całkiem w porządku. Mieszkanie mogłoby być czystsze i minusem był nieszczelne drzwi prysznicowe - cała woda wylewała się aż poza łazienkę.
• Helen (7/5): Nice place - The apt was really nice. It had a couple balconies. Modern and nicely furnished. Water pressure was excellent. The nightly rate was excellent. It was near a lot of stores. There was a bus stop nearby that takes you to downtown Athens. The subway/train was slightly further walk, but doable. I didn't get instructions /access info until the day I arrived and instructions were not very straightforward - you have to watch the video to understand completely. The bathroom was a little small. The shower drain was very slow and because of that and having no shower door or curtain, the floor would get very wet. The sink water got scalding hot and it was difficult to get cold water w/o lowering the water pressure to virtually nothing. There was a washing machine available, but no instructions on how to use it - no clothes dryer. I don't think there were instructions for the dishwasher either, but we didn't end up using it. The a/c was okay - it took awhile to cool the apt. We only got one set of keys and the intercom did not work.

• Charlotte (10/5): A perfect apartment in Athens - Beautiful apartment that’s well decorated and spacious. The host gave us additional towels and sheets when requested as we were staying for almost a month. There’s supermarkets, cafes, shops and restaurants nearby and only 10 mins walk to the metro station. Would highly recommend! The shower doesn’t drain well and there’s no extraction fan so it gets steamy which has caused some water damage.
• Amir (10/5): Exceptionally nice, comfortable apartment! great location - The place was just as described, clean and comfortable and looked even better than the photos. Good location. Nice Cafes and restaurants near by and easy transport to get you anywhere. The host is responsive and helpful with any question. We would definitely visit again.

• Athanasios (7/5): Good - The apartment was very nice and with lots of light The balcony was covered with pigeon droppings. When you open the balcony door feathers come in. The bathroom gets flooded when you shower, all the way to the kitchen and bedroom
• Ushna (8/5): Good value for money but shower needs fixing - The location is great! Near restaurants, cafes, and close enough to the station. It is very clean and high spec, the smart TV was a bonus. The shower overflowed and flooded the bathroom. The host did reply and offered to have someone come by to fix it but this would have cut our time sightseeing short. We had asked for some extra towels but did not receive them. The power also went out for a while and the host did not respond when we asked for help.
