• Kelly (5/5): Location was convenient but we were sure we had booked the tower next door - Bedding was poor - the thinnest polyester quilt ever seen on each bed, no top sheet on bed. Needed to take 2 quilts off spare beds to add to warmth. Food left in cupboards, shampoo bottle left in shower, no drinking glasses (only wine glasses) 1 x teaspoon. Carpets not clean. Flat batteries in TV remote, balcony door was not able to be locked. FOB on keys for lift, pool etc was dodgy - twice had to ask for help (conceirge not very helpful as all individual units- not his problem) & 1 set of keys for 3 adults not helpful. No service information on site - no rubbish bin for relocating/removing rubbish from room
• Desire (10/5): The place is awesome for a few day stay. - Location is very easy to find. Parking available.
• Praveen (3/5): Poor - The location, Lot off lights wasn't working. There was no wifi. Shower was leaking on the floor. Only 1 set of keys. 1 of 4 burner on the stove wasn't working.
• Andrew (9/5): Location was perfect & great value for money - Location was perfect & facilities were excellent Aircon & TV remotes need new batteries
• Salma (8/5): My family loved the unit. I would definitely book it in the future - The property was very spacious and close to facilities There was a water leak in the ensuite shower. The floor was constantly wet and never dry. Even if the shower was not used water was on the floor.
• Nova (7/5): Good - The balcony and kitchen table were great. The bathroom had plenty of shampoo and conditioners. Enough towels were great. . It took 2 days to organise WiFi that wasn't working. Had to ask for new plush pillows and received 2 for 4 people as the pillows provided were cheap and flat with zero support. Very minimal kitchen items and had to ask for mugs, fruit bowls, and a large cooking pot ~ that were all supplied in a few days. The shower was hot and cold. There were no hand towels for the bathroom There were no coat hangers in 2 rooms, and one room only had 3 hangers. Only provided 1 set of keys for 4 people. Had to pay a deposit for another set of $200.00
• Benjamin (5/5): Passable - Great location, nice and close to the convention centre communication on checking in was slow and we arrived but couldn't get the key as didn't have the detail. Wifi didn't work Shower in the main bedroom ensuite had an issue and leaked on the floor after the shower
