• Sigona (1/5): Mai piu - La posizione era ottimale. Niente TV niente wifi.....divieti appiccicati ovunque.....una sorta di esperimento sociale......terribile!
• Igba (1/5): - It was a very bad experience at Lux King Studio.. The pillows and pillow cases were very dirty and old, including the duvet cover.There was only one toilet roll for the 3 nights. The front of the door was very unkempt and bushy. It was only one small cup for 2 adults. Raffle mats on the floor as rugs. We were told to take off our shoes in front of the room to use the slippers provided, but there were no slippers at all there. In fact, it was a bad experience, honestly.. I am wondering why £250 security deposit ii paid should not be refunded to me after 1 or 2 days we left. But it will be refunded after 8 to 14 business days. I am going to write my review at truepilot soon. I didn't like everything in that room. There was no WiFi as it was claimed to be, and the television had no signal. Everything was bad there.

• Sharon (7/5): Not quite what I was expecting - The location was perfect for the Excel centre and Elizabeth Line. The YouTube video on how to find the place was very useful as it was dark when we arrived and we wouldn't have located the flat without it. It wasn't luxury or a penthouse. The flat is at the bottom of the block, not the top. The cutlery was limited to forks. We didn't have any spoons or knives. Also, I understand that owners need to protect their properties from unwanted damage, but the rules and regulations for staying here were rather over the top. I was scared to go in for fear of making a mess in case of incurring a fee for cleaning or decorating. Whoever was behind the door that said 'Staff Only' were not particularly quiet as they woke my daughter up in the when they dropped something.
• Michael (8/5): Very good - Excellent description ( film) where to find the apartment. Compfti bed. Very near to the Excel Exhibition area and Elizabeth line. Possibility to iron your clothes. Lux Apartment ..mmmh..lit. fridge, microwave,coffee and a kettle , but not ONE glas or cup in the whole apartment! 4 forks no spoon or knife... ridiculous.. I got one big towel that was all for shower and face ..for 2.5 days. kinda plastic carpets on top of the originals. The carpet is badly laid and creases where you can easily get stuck. But you have to put on the slippers provided as soon as you walk in...the cover letter is terrible...you're not actually allowed to do anything and you get the feeling that if you do something wrong you'll be charged immediately...be sure to take photos before and after...better safe than sorry. Oh yes and in the" Lux Apartment" i even didn't get a spare toilet paper and the first one was also used already...
• Michael (7/5): Value for Money - Location to the Excel London. 2 minute walk. So if you have an event there. It's perfect. Elizabeth Line takes you back into the ce tre of London. Owners provided videos of detail from the train station to the building where accommodation is. However the video would be better explained by taking the viewer direct to the door instead of stopping at the building.
• Sebastian (5/5): Passable - - Very close to Excel - Check-in was made possible 1 hour earlier. - Ground floor apartment with limited comfort inside - There was a door to a „Staff only“ area in the room. You could hear people walk behind the door. A little scary! - Very late check-in time (4pm). Stayed for only one night. - Unfriendly „welcome“ message with a list of things you can potentially be charged for.
