• Niklas (10/5): Wonderful place with nice people :) - Very nice and friendly people who speak good english too. The room, bathroom and the idyllic garden was just wonderful. Also its close to the airport, but silent and surrounded by nature. I will definitely go there again when i come back to Medellín :) nothing bad to say

• Catarina (5/5): Espaço lindo mas não recomendo a solo travelers. - Este sítio é um mix de feelings, por um lado é na natureza e as redondezas são muito bonitas, porém é extremamente isolado, de difícil acesso (tive problemas com o Uber, tanto na chegada como na partida) e numa descida extremamente íngreme para se fazer a pé e carregada. O fato de ser tão isolado fez com que eu fosse a única hóspede, o que pode ser bom se fores aventureira e gostares disso, mas não aconselho para solo travelers, principalmente mulheres. Aconselho a quem está em casal ou em amigos e quer um sítio isolado com o feeling de “casa própria”. A pouca hospitalidade, no booking dizia que tinha pequeno almoço incluído mas eu tive de fazer o meu próprio pequeno almoço, as 3 pessoas que estavam na quinta no alojamento (proprietária e dois funcionários) mal falavam inglês e mal interagiram. A água é fria, não havia secador, e faltou a luz a meio da manhã o que fez com que eu não conseguisse carregar o telemóvel, num sítio tão isolado como este, é definitivamente um ponto negativo. Os cães eram queridos, mas ladravam imenso, o que não combinava com a paisagem linda e silenciosa. Na vinda para ir embora, tive problemas com o Uber e a proprietária não pareceu ficar muito preocupada com isso. De todos os sítios onde estive na Colômbia, foi o menos hospitaleiro, e senti ainda mais por cima de estar sozinha e isolada. O jacuzzi também não funcionava

• Alejandra (10/5): Un espacio muy cómodo y tranquilo, la atención de los host increíble, mucha tranquilidad y naturaleza, comodidad y aseo - El lugar es hermoso, la casa está en perfecto estado,l el cuarto muy lindo y el baño también, todo muy aseado y equipado. Nada me disgustó

• Leo & Laar (10/5): An ecoparadise to be found so close to Medellin and airport. - The location was amazingly beautiful, with the two kindest hosts/owners. They told me about all the beautiful birds that landed in the garden and all the trees have been there for long and the fruit trees and plants that they have added. The dogs were so lovely, could have cuddled all day with them. There was a possibility to order food from nearby restaurants but the owner suggested that I could join the very nice Colombian meals for a very small amount. And the avocado-chocolate ice creams that you could take out of the freezer, you should try. Don't forget to look at all the beautiful wooden details in the house, terrace and bathroom made by the sweetest artist and neighbour. That's more my own mistake: I should have downloaded the description of the route that they provided. Because the taxi didn't know the exact point and dropped me off much lower. Happy that the sweet neighbour carried my suitcase up.
• Jasmin (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt zu sehr fairem Preis - Die Unterkunft wurde mit sehr viel Liebe und Details gebaut. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und man kann die Küche mitbenutzen und das Obst verwenden.

• Jonathan (9/5): Fantastically, beautiful property. Amazing value! - Such a beautiful property! It was completely surrounded by nature away from the city. The staff was very kind. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and fresh fruits and vegetables. Amazing price! There are three sweet dogs on the property, but they tended to bark in the middle of the night, which woke me up. This wouldn’t be a big problem, but I had an early flight to catch.

• Estefania (10/5): Volvería sin duda con mi familia - Es un ambiente de auto servicio, tu puedes disponer de lo que hay en la cocina para hacer tus propios alimentos y además puedes comprar cosas adicionales para complementar. Hay servicio de restaurantes a domicilios y de los que pedimos y la verdad 10/10 la comida. Hay arboles de aguacate y de limón mandarino y puedes comer aguacate y helado de aguacate, y pues coger limón para hacer limonada. ¡Delicioso! Y hay perritos super amigables que siempre te van a recibir con mucho amor. Te recomiendo llevar repelente para los mosquitos. El lugar es espectacular para una desconexión. Volvería con toda mi familia. El internet 10/10. Simoon y Alina super queridos y siempre dispuestos a responderte tus dudas y hacerte sentir como en casa. No corresponde al hospedaje, pero si me hubiera gustado tener transporte propio para llegar allá o haber alquilado carro. Hay que tener en cuenta que el uber llega y eso es muy bueno, lo único es que corre por tu propia cuenta pagar los peajes que hay en la vía para que el transporte te recoja y te lleve.

• Efflam (10/5): Beautiful place - Welcoming lovely little house in a wonderful serene location not far from the city nor the airport. You can walk down the garden and be alone in the forest within 2 minutes. There is even a jacuzzi for evening relaxation. Hosts are amazing. Feels far away from civilisation but you can still get food deliveries. I highly recommend this hidden piece of heaven for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of city life, or have some rest after a long flight.

• Ellen (9/5): I will definitely stay here again, beautiful, peaceful and close to the airport. I recommend arriving in day light, ensu - There is lots to say about how great this hotel is. It’s got a great purpose, with community and permaculture projects at the heart of it. It’s beautiful surrounded by nature, in a great location for travellers, easy taxi to the airport. There is a kitchen, with a living room and table for all to share and use. It’s in its own property so you don’t feel like your in someone else’s house but more like you have an apartment with shared facilities with other travellers. The breakfast is complimentary which adds to the value, it’s very simple, eggs, arepa and coffee. There are lots of places to sit and enjoy the peace of nature outside. The man who greeted me at the entrance was very helpful and friendly. There is a hot shower, the wood work and attention to detail in the hotel rooms also really adds to the aesthetic and enjoyment of the experience. The only thing I didn’t like probably had to do most with my time of arrival. I arrived at 8pm in the dark. My taxi didn’t know to go down the hill from the highway and to follow the signs to drop me off. I am very grateful I insisted on staying in the taxi till we saw the signs and found the exact location. When we arrived 2 big black dogs barked quite intensely at the gate, which in one way is great because they’re good guard dogs but scared me arriving late at night. We honked the car horns and waited till the host came to meet me at the gate. The dogs were loud and I tense which I found intimidating in the dark, they are big and have loud barks and jump up at you a lot but are sweet once you get to know them. The host helped me with my bags to the accomodation which was very nice. Once I entered the property and put my bags down I felt much safer and more comfortable. When I woke up in the morning, i looked outside and saw how beautiful it was and was very grateful to be there. I would recommend to anyone travelling on their own to aim to arrive in the day light for their first time or to note the directions that take you straight to the bottom of the hill in front of the property and be prepared for some big loud guard dogs.
