Guest Reviews
- Anantha Saithanyan (5/5): Era sucks - The room which has refrigirator The behaviour of the property properitor and the person who is incharge of the facility.. The behaviour was so rude...
- Hoàng (5/5): -
- Guest (5/5): Tàm tạm - Đăng ký 2 ngày còn 1 ngày
- Hưng (1/5): Mọi người không nên đặt phòng ở đây - Hết phòng mà k cập nhật trên app và web
- Sara (1/5): Bad experience - The location When we arrived early around 7 a.m., I sent several messages to the property owner but received no response. We ended up stranded outside, waiting on the street. Finally, around 9:30 a.m., we managed to find a man who didn’t speak English, and with the help of a translator, we were able to ask him to store our luggage. Supposedly, check-in wasn’t available until 2 p.m. When we finally got into the room, we also found a cockroach inside.
- Ralph (2/5): Bad bad choice - Nothing much Rude manager, cramped rooms, no room service whatsoever, they cancel bookings on a whim
- Hoàng (10/5): -
- A. (8/5): Nice studio in central Ha Noi - The studio is pretty new. You have a sink and a induction hob to cook but you need to ask for kitchenware as there is nothing there. There is a small refrigerator, slippers, AC, hangers. In our room there was no window. The rooms are not really soundproof.
- Nikolaos (7/5): Good -
- Sofoulakis (5/5): Running away from Hanoi..
Not for me. - Soft bed. Clean. Neighborhood. Smelly. Dirty. Difficult to find. Narrow alley.
- Lucas (8/5): Very good - The friendly and helpful staff member. The location was really good, close to some important vietnamese restaurants, like. Sometimes the bathrooms pipes emitted unpleasant smells.
- Shavit (7/5): Nice apartment, not so central. - The sheets were clean, the reception guy was google-translate fluent and it was easy to communicate. Hard to find, side street, very low water pressure even to Vietnam.
Bikes were always blocking the entrance, couldn’t pass with bags.
When we arrived the room smelled of cigarettes.
- Natasa (3/5): Poor - Nothing They wanted to give me a smaller studio that I booked. After insisting, they said, come in 2 hours. They wanted cash for paying, but didn't want to give me an invoice. I refused to pay. 3 minutes after he left the studio, they tried to cash out my creditcard, which was out of balance. I spent 2 hours about solving the problem. The last day they gave me the invoice and I payed. They have no money to give you back, so I had to wait another 15 minutes, that he brought me the money.
- Constance (1/5): Unprofessional and poorly managed - Era Apartment overbooked our reservation and relocated us to a completely different room that was also listed on Booking.
The new room was nothing like what we had originally reserved, it was in a different location, much noisier, and far from what we expected.
There was no prior communication about this change, which made the experience unprofessional and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend staying here!
- Cuong (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicky (9/5): Nice studio in a nice area - The room and bathroom were extremely clean and all was new. Cong, the person in charge of the check-in and care-taker of the apartments, was always so kind and helpful and this made a big difference for me. The apartment is not located in the Old Quarter, but it is in a safe and quiet area, full of residential and official buildings. As it was my first time in Hanoi, I appreciated being away from the caos of the Old Quarter. Everything was good. Maybe the owner could add a cup, a dish and some silverware, as in the kitchen there are only a kettle and two glasses, not even a spoon.
- Nguyễn (9/5): Superb -
- Rifah (8/5): Very good for the price. - The location was good and for the price, they give you a kitchen and stove with a kettle. The place was fairly clean with a refrigerator. Air conditioner was working great. Host was friendly and hospitable. Very secure card system. The room did not have windows, and I felt a bit claustrophobic. Bathroom glass was translucent. There might be other rooms that are better but for this price I doubt you can get anything better that is offered here anywhere else.
- Damien (8/5): Very good - Superb value for money for a quiet location in town. Relatively clean bed and towels with consistent hot water. Table, chair and fridge were nice additions. Staff at reception was clear in explaining everything through Google translate. Overall great for a short stay. Mold on toilet ceiling and near the door was quite bad. One of the pillows had stains.
- Ritvik (8/5): Very good -
- Katarzyna (7/5): Good -
- Joanna (7/5): Good -
- Mayonaizy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sterre (7/5): Good - Nice area well located. Quiet little studio, all brand new. Very good price and friendly caretaker Unfortunately no kitchen utensils so don't expect to be able to cook or eat anything but ready made food while at home
- Marcus (1/5): Warning, cancel the room fiew minutes before checkin - When we arrived we were met by a man that said there is no rooms (he did not speak any english), only after arguing a bit we convinced him to call his manager that said that they sent a message about our stay was canceled, when we later checked the message was sent a few minutes before 15pm that was check in time, at that time we was already in the taxi to the property. Finally the manager said he has a room in another hotel, that after we checked was far away from old town and not where we wanted to stat. Eventually he asked in the neigbour house that had an extra room that was similar to the original one, but initially he wanted us to pay more for it but finally we got it for the price we was supposed to pay.
- Gabriele (9/5): Superb -
- Gabriele (9/5): Superb -
- Uroš (10/5): Great centrally located place - Great location and super helpful staff Everything was great
- Bastiane (7/5): Good - Check in was easy. There was a small kitchen area, comfortable bed and towels. Price was good thinking about the room itself. It was good for a night stay but wouldn't stay longer. The aircon was quite loud. Probably not suitable for light sleeper. It was dirty behind the bed but otherwise ok.
- Alžběta (9/5): Good place to stay - Lovely person welcoming us, even thiugh he didnt speak English at all, he was always ready with a translator❣️
Good location!
Very modern and clean. Ideal if you want some privacy that wont ruin your backpackers budget:) The stove didnt work:(
- Emma (8/5): Very good - It was affordably close to the center
- Maria (10/5): 10/10 - Excellent location, minutes from the main attractions of the city. Practically new apartment. With refrigerator, electric stove and kettle. For an Argentinean that is a 10.
- Josef (8/5): I enjoyed my stay - Clean rooms (I stayed at two) and a very friendly receptionist. Make sure to book a room with a window if you need it. It could have been mentioned in the title of the room type.
There could be water provided (either to refill in the lobby or bottles in the room)
- Lannguyentruong (8/5): Very nice place to stay - Room is spacious, all of the necessities are there; the location is close the Hanoi centre. No table to place laptop
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartments, have everything you need. Cong met me at the reception, he was very polite and friendly throughout my stay, helping with any issue, thank you very much
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -

- Sam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (10/5): Lovely family business, the host was so kind and his sons were hilarious. They even offered me food during my stay, woul - Clean facilities, comfortable bed, air conditioned, bathroom and shower were very modern. No windows, but considering the price I wasn’t really expecting any.
