• Angelika (7/5): Καλή - Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό , φωτεινό και άνετο , μεγάλο ! Δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο και όλα γινόταν μούσκεμα και δεν υπήρχαν προϊόντα μπάνιου . Αν πας μόνο για μια νύχτα είναι χρήσιμα ! Οι καναπέδες κρεβάτια για τα παιδιά δεν ήταν καθόλου άνετα στον ύπνο !

• MICHAIL (10/5): VALUE FOR MONEY - Πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμμα και άνετο. Τοποθεσία πολύ καλή με εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού. Value for money. Με τον ιδιοκτήτη είχα άριστη επικοινωνία και πάντα ήταν διαθέσιμος να με εξυπηρετήσει.Σίγουρα θα ξαναέμενα και σαν tour agent που είμαι το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was also good, quiet and I had easy access to everywhere. I enjoyed my stay. The owner was very helpful and I had an excellent communication with him. I would stay there at my future visits to Athens and as a tour agent I recommend it without a doubt El apartanento era muy limpio y comodo y localizado en un barrio muy bueno, seguro y tranquilo y sobre todo podiamos ir a cualquer lado fácil . El dueño muy simpatico y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme . Tenía muy buena comunicación con él . Volvería a alojarne ahí y como agente de turismo lo recomiendo sin dudas.

• Eliana (8/5): - Better position than expected, very close to restaurants and coffee shops. Owner was very nice and quick to reply if you had any issues or questions. The balcony was a lovely perk to sit and have a coffee in the morning. Kitchen and bathroom are a little small and dark and don't have the best ventilation, but overall still functional and have all the necessities.

• Elena (8/5): - Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και απαντούσε γρήγορα ! Οι δύο πετσέτες δεν επαρκούσαν και στο ντους δεν υπήρχε κάποιο κουρτινάκι οπότε κάθε φορά που κάναμε μπάνιο χρειαζόταν να μαζεύουμε τα νερά .
• Stella (9/5): Πολύ κοντά σε όλα! - Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με ωραίο μπαλκόνι. Άριστη τοποθεσία! Ο καναπές για το τρίτο άτομο ήταν πολύ σκληρός, δύσκολο στον ύπνο. Η τηλεόραση στο υπνοδωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε.
• ΣΤΥΛΙΑΝΟΣ (8/5): Πολύ καλό σπίτι με λίγα προβληματάκια - Πολύ καλό για τα λεφτά του, έμεινα 5 νύχτες και βγήκε πολύ πλοίο φτηνά από οπουδήποτε αλλού 1) πολύ καθαρό σπίτι, καθόλου βρομιά η σκόνη 2) η συνεννόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήτανε απίστευτη, με βοήθησε σε κάθε ερώτηση που είχα ότι ώρα και να ήτανε, έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για να παραλάβω τα κλειδιά από το lockbox και τέλος δέχτηκε να γίνει το check in τουλάχιστον 1,30 ώρα νωρίτερα κάτι που αυτό προσωπικά το εκτιμώ πολύ. 3) όλα λειτουργούν τέλεια στο σπίτι (κλιματιστικά,φούρνος,πλυντήριο,ψυγείο) 4) το κρεβάτι ήτανε πολύ αναπαυτικό και βολικό Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για άτομα που σκοπεύουν να μείνουν αρκετές νύχτες στην Αθήνα γιατί είναι πολύ φτηνό Υπάρχουν πολύ λίγα πράγματα που πρέπει να προσέξετε: 1) πολύ μακριά από το μετρό τουλάχιστον 15 λεπτά περπατημα χωρίς να μπορέσεις να πας στο μετρό με άλλα ΜΜΜ και η περιοχή εκεί είναι πολύ επικίνδυνη 2) το WiFi ήτανε πολύ μέτριο και αρκετές φορές έπεφτε 3) θα ήτανε καλό να διαχωριστεί η ντουζερια με κάποιον τρόπο γιατί κάθε φορά που έκανα μπάνιο πηγαίνανε παντού νερά σε όλο το μπάνιο και πολλές φορές και από έξω και χρειαζόταν να τα σφουγγαρίσω μετά και έκανε γενικά όλον το τόπο μούσκεμα οπότε έχει μια σχετική ταλαιπωρία

There's a particular local cat who gets taken care of by the people in the building, so you might find him/her lounging in the lobby, happy to accept pets from friends. There are many conveniences (bakery, grocery store, cafés and places to eat, not to mention bus stops) fairly nearby.

• Leslie (8/5): Very spacious and pleasant flat with a balcony. - Very spacious and clean. The Aircon worked well and easy to get the keys and communicate with host. I loved the area which is quieter and more arty and a few minutes away, there are loads of nice cafes and eateries. After a day out in the sun, the sofa was not very comfortable to sit on and a table to work on would be handy.

• Bahrami (10/5): It was very comfortable for my family if you want cook the kitchen is clean and has the stuff if you want to go to resta - Very clean quiet area very close to the different restaurants , coffee shops, pubs and supermarkets The apartment is a little far from the metro ( subway)
• Thomas (7/5): Lovely flat, with owners keen to be helpful. - Lovely apartment for four of us. Spacious. In a residential area, close to excellent small independent supermarket. About 10 minute walk to bus stops to centre of city, somewhat further for metro stops. A new host, who was keen to engage, and we provided a few tips for improvements. Double bed was good, but second sofa bed (for fourth person) needed replacing, and hopefully owner will have sorted this.
