- Samantha Joy (8/5): Glad we chose this place to stay, should have booked here again when we returned to Tokyo. - Very easy location. Nice to experience the area and a Japanese house. Lots of towels and amenities provided. Toilet was a little smelly. Beds were a little hard compared to what I am used to. Little expensive but not bad compared to other choices.

- Lukasz (7/5): Sehr gute Lage. 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 10 Minuten zum Flughafen , passt ! - Schönes Haus mit mehreren Zimmern, zweckmäßig ausgestattet in einer guten Lage, 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfern. TV hat nicht funktioniert, Wlan war gut. Geruch im Haus, es hatte gammelig nach Schimmel gerochen.

- Jared (7/5): I would go again - Great location for airport and train. Nearby food shopping was a great plus. One of the three beds was comfortable. One bed was as good as a fold out couch could be. And the third bed was very difficult to find a comfortable way to sleep as it seemed to be two beds of different levels pushed together.
- Thuy trang (10/5): - We really appreciated early check in. We were able to check in at 1pm rather than 5pm. Remote check in and out. There were welcome gifts including bottled water for each person for each day of our stay, plus some chips and snacks. That was a lovely touch. The host is very quick to respond. The apartment is close to the train station and only 10 mins from Haneda Airport. We stayed here as we had an early flight out at 6.55 am. However, this was too early for us to catch the train so we ended up paying about $80 AUD for an UBER to the airport which was quite pricey. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. Three bedrooms, two with 2 double beds and the third has 2 singles. There is a large kitchen, living room and dining room. You need to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. There is a washer and dryer which was very convenient. This area felt much different to the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku and Shibuya. It is an area where local Japanese live so you can experience their daily lives. A few places to eat nearby, a big supermarket, 7 Eleven. We enjoyed our time here.

- Li (9/5): It is very convenient if you want to use the public transportation. - It’s pretty good. A lot of convenience stores near by . But Somehow it is hard for the taxi driver to find the location. Very close to the station. Very thoughtful to put some water bottles in the fridge and the small cookies on the table. We did enjoy them. But I couldn’t find the knife and kitchen towel in the cooking area.

- Kyung (8/5): 깨끗하고 아늑한 집. 불편한 화장실과 소통 지연. - 집은 매우 깨끗하고 아늑했어요. 다인원이 이용하기에 좋았습니다. 하지만 입구를 찾기가 쉽지 않았습니다. 그리고 화장실 변기 수압이 매우 약해서 불편했어요. 호스트에게 문제 상황을 이야기했으나 적절한 조치를 취하지 않아서 아쉬웠어요.

- Yilin (10/5): - This is a spacious property excellent for whole family. Furnitures and supplies are well equipped. Walkable distance to KK line station.
- Kk (4/5): False fire alarm is scary. Need police and fire brigade. - The property is close to supermarkets, train station and shops. It is very clean too. I deliberately mark down the score from 5/5 to 2/5 primarily because of the poor customer support at the time of an emergency. My experience with this property is a nightmare. The false fire alarm is triggered by itself by 11:00pm. Both my property and the one above me had a fire alarm on at the same time. Both of us tried to reach the host, by phone or message without reply. We felt helpless. The neighbours didn't provide much help when we reached out to them. One kind local exceptionally gave his helping hand. Many thanks to him. He called the police and fire service for us to come to stop the alarm. The entire saga lasted almost two hours with the deafening sounds continuously on. The police and the fire brigade finally came. But they could not access the control box which would deactivate the alarm by pressing the button because the side gate is locked by the host where the linens and cleaning items are stored (not sure this is against the law). We understand that this is an accident, which sometimes couldn't be avoided. We had bad luck. But our situation would be entirely different if the host could reply to our message, either by phone or message, after 10:00pm and extend their support promptly. They didn't do it and leave us with helplessness.. The host shows a clear indication inside the room for exit but nothing to guide us to fix these unexpected circumstances. We would be in a much better position if they extend their help after 10:00pm. It is true that this is a sheer bad luck. But the contingent planning of the host in this regard is poor. My advice for those who hire this property: ensure you have your phones number active and be ready to contact the police, fire service or the community coordinator, marked on the outside of the building ( in Japanese though) to help yourself if this situation recurs.
- Tamzin (9/5): Absolutely loved having such a comfy family home while exploring Tokyo. The area is beautiful. Make sure to walk the str - The property was spacious and so great to come home after a huge day and just be able to wind down and gather around the table for a family dinner. Terrific home to stay in with the family We loved everything. The only thing that could have made it that one bit better was maybe having a small selection of courtesy tea/coffee available so we could enjoy a cuppa on our first morning there but once we stocked up ourselves it was great. Would also have loved a little booklet with best restaurants, attractions and things to do or see close by. We ended up asking some locals for advise but I’ve always loved a little booklet with some suggestions especially being our first time in Japan Otherwise really cannot fault it. What a great stay
