• Krisztina (6/5): Rövid ott tartózkodásra alkalmas - Az lakás elhelyezkedése megfelelő (a képekkel ellentétben elég sötét a lakás). Könnyen megközelíthető helyen van (metróval közlekedtünk), az élelmiszerbolt nagyon közel van. Csendes környék. Az ágy lehetett volna nagyobb. A lakás kicsit kopott benyomást keltett (a festés a falakon több helyen koszos)
• Hansen (8/5): Great location. - Very good location, walking distance to the Bernabeu. A supermarket across the street and several bakeries and cafes for breakfast nearby. They can also offer you parking across the street, but beware its a tight fit, I have an X5 and it was millimeters clearance. Place is a little worn down.
• István (8/5): Korekt szállás jó helyen, kedvező áron - Kiváló elhekyezkedés egy csendes környéken ahol minden megtalálható a közelben ( szupermarket, pékség, gyümölcsös, metro, bar stb) . A lakás tiszta volt és a felszereltsége is kiváló. Az ágy lehetett volna szélesebb.
• Ruud (8/5): 8 - quiet area, clean. All facilities present in apartment, including kitchen apparatus/tools, albeit we did not use these during our short stay. However, this plays is well suited for longer stays. If you know about public transport in Madrid, this the location is great. description on how to come to the place. Nearest bus/metrostation etc. Arriving from Airport by bus or metro is convenient, but explanation on how to would be great in description of this place

• Alejandro (9/5): Perfecto alojamiento, tranquilo y con servicios cerca - Estaba muy bien, era bonito, cómodo, en una buena zona, cerca del metro y con bares, cafeterías y restaurantes cerca. Las habitaciones muy bien equipadas y las camas muy cómodas. No había nada de ruido y se pudo descansar muy bien. Realmente nada, hubo un poco de ruido por las mañanas porque enfrente hay obras, pero no es culpa de nadie, el alojamiento está perfecto.

• Muli (8/5): - Proximité du métro/ confort literie / appartement très bien équipé La propreté: nous avions demandé s'il était possible d'arriver entre 11h00-12h00 mais pas eu de réponse avant notre arrivée. L'appartement n'était pas encore dispo et on nous a dit de revenir pour 14h00. La personne qui devait faire le ménage a dû le faire rapidement pour nous laisser rentrer au plus vite. On a aussi eu du mal à se faire comprendre car la personne ne parlait pas Anglais mais au final on a appelé une connaissance pour traduire en Espagnol.

• Katrina (8/5): Perfect apartment for a short stay in a convenient location near Prosperidad station with a great local vibe. - Nice basic kitchen, and small lounge area. Comfortable bedrooms and good water pressure in the shower. Easy access in and out of the apartment. No bathroom storage or bench tops to put toiletries.

There's both heating and cooling via air condition (so easy once I knew where the button is) Friendly host who came immediately once I had a question - otherwise absolutely private and nobody around. Nice little French balcony that fits one chair. Would stay here again

• Regina (9/5): Interesting area of Madrid to explore, easy access to the greater city by subway. - Stay is in an area with easy access to the subway, you can get more of an idea of everyday life in Madrid. We liked that.
• Bruno (10/5): The best in Madrid! - Everything was perfect! The host is very kind and available to help you. Facilities are complete and well organized. Location is close to subway and also Avenida America Station, which is central and 25 minutes from Barajas International Airport. I highly recommend the Luminoso!
• Watts (6/5): Apartment with parking in Chamartin - We were driving to Madrid and this apartment provided parking (for a small fee) in an underground garage directly opposite the apartment, which was very helpful. The flat is within easy walking distance of the Prosperidad metro station and the number 4 bus route into central Madrid. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for getting into the apartment which was also very clean. The flat is much darker inside than the photos led us to believe. The kitchen is not very well equipped (no wine glasses, very limited number of plates, cooking utensils, no bread knife) and has clearly seen a lot of use with doors of units not closing/hanging properly. There was no bath mat and the light in the second bedroom stopped working partway through our stay.
