• José isaac (4/5): Mala gestión de entrada. Céntrico pero apartado de la playa y de la zona antigua. - Para lo que queríamos nosotros, la ubicación esta bien, pero realmente no esta ni cerca de la playa, ni del casco antiguo, por lo que depende de las necesidades de cada uno la ubicación puede ser buena o mala. Después de pegarme un viaje de mas de 8 horas en moto y habiendo aviso de la hora de mi llegada con bastante antelación, me toco ir a recoger la llaves a una calle peatonal del centro de rota que esta muy lejos del apartamento, a la cual, debido a la distancia solo puedes ir en vehículo... imagínense yo con las ropa de motorista y caminando desde donde pude dejar mal aparcada la moto hasta el hostal donde te dan las llaves, pero si vas solo y en coche olvídate, esta super complicado aparcar por la zona de recogida de llaves, pero luego para salir del lugar y volver al apartamento se tarda media vida. Después de la aventura y de la visita turística forzada a Rota para conseguir las llaves, mi sorpresa es que al llegar al apartamento no había agua caliente para una ducha reparadora, después de un buen rato, vi que el termo estaba desenchufado, vamos un despropósito total. • Mjg (8/5): - Es muy amplio, buena ubicación, cómodo. Tener que recoger las llaves en el centro del pueblo en una calle peatonal donde no hay aparcamiento y la hora de salida es muy temprana. Hay que mejorar cosas del apartamento como cocina, puertas del armario del dormitorio principal y un poco de más limpieza, olía a cerrado.
• Toni (9/5): Spacious apartment in a good location. - The location was perfect. Close to the beach close to old town but away from the noise. I did not like the check-in process. I had to go to one site to collect the key and another to find my accommodations. This would’ve been OK. Had I known that the site with the key was not where I was going to end up and I carried my luggage all the way there only to have to carry it all the way back. Also, everything had been turned off in the apartment. By everything I mean everything, the gas, which heat the water, everything was unplugged. Being from the US I didn’t understand how to turn the gas on so it was a bit cumbersome. Luckily, I called the contact and she came over and helped me.

• T34rider (9/5): Nice apartment in Rota - The location is great; with supermarkets, bars, and shops nearby; and about a 10 minute walk to downtown or 15 minutes to the beach. Apartment was ample for a family, working kitchen and bathroom, and balcony. Beds might be a bit rickety, but you barely hear them once on them. Quiet and serene spot, no noise.
