• zulkarnain (9/5): Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with a responsive and easy-to-deal-with host - I would gladly recommend - I stayed in this cozy Tokyo apartment for 5 days and 4 nights. The unit is well-equipped with a toilet, shower room, small bathtub, and washing machine. There's also a compact bedroom that can accommodate up to three people, along with a small living area featuring a dining table, sota bed, and cooking space. The biggest highlights were how clean the apartment was and its excellent location - just a 2-minute walk to the Tobu Line station, with restaurants, a pharmacy, and convenience stores nearby. Considering the location and facilities, the price was very reasonable and great value for money. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, which may be a bit challenging for elderly guests or those carrying large, heavy luggage. Additionally, while the unit was generally clean, the sofa could use more thorough cleaning as there were a few noticeable spots.

• Eunbi (9/5): 정말 깔끔하고 조용한 가정집 - 숙소 바깥으로는 조용한 마을과 가까운 편의점, 지하철이 정말 좋았습니다. 숙소 내부로는 깔끔한 점과, 소파/침대/식탁/전자레인지/커피포트/수건/샴푸/바디워시/헤어드라이기/세탁기/식기/냉장고 등 생활에 필요한 물픔이 구비되어 있던 점이 가장 좋았습니다. 설명과 다르게 와이파이도 있었으며 에어컨도 시원하고 온수도 따뜻했습니다. 욕실과 거실과 침실 등이 모두 문으로 분리되어 있어 가족 외의 동반자와 함께 하기 편했습니다. 주의사항이 적힌 종이를 미처 보지 못해 질문을 드려도 빠르게 답해주셔서 감사했습니다. 숙소가 깔끔하여 벌레는 한 마리 나오지 않았습니다. 층간소음 또한 전혀 없었습니다. 정말 좋은 숙소에 머무를 수 있어서 감사했습니다! 다음에도 도쿄를 방문할 때 이용하고 싶습니다 숙소의 입구가 약간 좁았습니다. 복도와 계단이 약간 좁으나 안에 들어가면 편안했습니다. 큰 캐리어를 들고 가기 어렵습니다. 가구와 벽이 얇아 소리가 울립니다. 그러나 벽간 또는 층간 소음은 없었습니다.

• Jaeeun (9/5): 역이랑 가깝고 시설도 좋고 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다 - 성인3명이서 묵는데 조금 좁게 느껴지긴했지만 아늑하고 시설도 깨끗하고 다 좋고 역이랑 가깝고 근처에 큰마트도 2군데나 있어서 친구들이랑 오기는 정말 좋은 숙소였습니다 쓰레기도 매일 내놓으면 매일치워줍니다 갠적으론 성인2명 또는 성인2명과 아이1명이 묵기에 적당한 숙소같아요! 다음에 또 오게 되면 또 예약할 의사가 있을정도로 만족스러웠습니다 수건이 인당1셋트밖에없어서 빨아써야된다는점이 좀 아쉬웠고 방음이 좀 약한편이라 윗층 발망치소리가 제법 잘들립니다 하지만 피곤해서 금방잠들어 신경쓰진않았는데 예민하신분들은 신경쓰일거같아요 아 그리고 엘리베이터가 없는건물이라 높은층으로 배정받으면 케리어들고가야되서 좀 힘드실수있어요!

• 이 (10/5): 중장기로 머무르고 도쿄의 여러군데를 둘러보기에 최고의 숙소 - 숙소가 깔끔하고, 약간은 교외지역이지만, 토부선 역이랑 뛰면 30초 거리 안에, 걸으면 1분 이내에 있어서 좋음. 종점인 이케부크로랑 2정거장 거리라서 출퇴근 시간만 빼면 정말 쾌적하고 다른 지역을 가기에도 좋음. 드라이기가 좋고 또 욕실 안에 텔레비전도 있음. 히터도 잘 나오고 여러므로 부족함 하나 없이 완벽한 숙소임. 또한 관리자분께서도 친절하시고 또 연락하시는 것도 빠르게 회신해주심. 세탁기도 있기에 수건이 몇 장 없더라도 충분히 오랜 기간 머무를 수 있음. 아쉬운 점은 없습니다. 너무 만족스러웠습니다

• Chidchanok (10/5): Place is new, spacious, clean and very close to station. Facilities were great to use. Only thing is it was inconvenient - Very new, spacious and has 2 air con which was great for summer. Also has dinning table and fridge. Has washing machine and bathroom has heater with a tub and tv. Very close to station. Too much lights coming through the blinds in the bedroom in the morning. The stairs were very narrow, no lift so big and heavy luggage were a struggle.

The streets here is a residential area, quiet and peaceful. The building is secured. The facilities were complete. We used the washing machine (liquid detergent is available) and hanged our clothes in the shower area where they have a blower in the ceiling to dry your clothes. The kitchenware and also the cleaning materials are provided. The place is the same as the photo that is posted. :) modern and looks new. We just didn't like that the bed is a bit smelly. :(

The apartment was clean and well equipped, there was also detergent to use the washing machine. Too bad there was no elevator The washing machine or the noise of when the water ran was very loud. There were only a few hangers available. And no clothes horse. There was only one frypan and no cooking pots. Our apartment only fit a maximum of four people, even though it was advertised for five people.

• Fathiya (10/5): Exceptional - This apartement very homey, clean, and so comfortable. I'd like to recommend this apate to my friends who come to tokyo. The wifi is super fast , and the admin provide anything you want such as detergen, soap, handcream, shampoo, etc. The stairs is to tight, it just fit for one person.
• Alfakemal (9/5): Hidden gems - It was a hidden gem. If not because of something happened during my check out, I would likely give it 10/10. The location is only a walk away to local stations, and that station only 1 station from Ikebukuro station. Also have popular Konbini nearby. Halal resto is also in the neighborhood. The room is clean. Every facilities works well. The heater, the kitchen, the bed room and bath room are good. Not spacious but very good enough to stay for a family with 3 young children. Price is also reasonable even during the sakura season. My daughter left the phone on my units before we check out. When I came back to the unit, the phone is already gone. There's no CCTV inside the building, only on the entrance. Also, the key box code is the unit number, so everyone that stay in the building knows how to enter each unit, which is concerning. Even if we believe in the owner and their staff, there's no security between everyone who stays.
• Sheryll (8/5): Very good - I like the property because it is near the Shimoi tabashi stn, near Matsuya Resto 24hrs, near 7/11 and nearby stores, supermarket etc. The only thing is that we are on the 5th flr but it's okey. We will comeback if there is a chance again..
• Pei (10/5): A wonderful experience to stay in this guesthouse. - Host was friendly and reply promptly when you have questions. Host gave clear instruction to the guesthouse and how to use the facilities. The guesthouse is clean and fully equipped with kitchen, utensil, dinning table, sofa, washer and clothes drying facilities. The toilet and shower is separated. The space is enough for 3 persons, will be a little cramped if have more persons or luggage. The location is great with just few minutes walk from station. As we stay at 4th flr, it will be perfect if this place have elevator. :P

• Gary (7/5): Cheap and nice. - Neat and tidy. The name “9Stay” seemed irrelevant and confusing to Taxi drivers and when trying to identify the property. The staircase was very tight, high and narrow for a suit case. There was no lift alternative.
