• Roy (9/5): Perfect Location - This apartment is perfect for a couple or small family (2 adults + 1 child). It is compact, functional and very comfortable. The location is perfect to access the CBD, Southbank and the abundance of great cafes and restaurants. Perfect for a short visit. Everything was fine.

This property is exceptional well located to offer easy walking distance to the river and Southbank and all the restaurants and shopping at West End. Everything is within easy reach. The apartment is compact and was well presented. The perfect place for a short visit to Brisbane. Everything was excellent.

• Kimberley (10/5): Lovely apartment in a beautiful building - Lovely, clean and great location! Minor: if you have a car you have to go in to get keys before accessing car park. No issue for us as we had a passenger to go collect but might be stressful if driving on your own!
• Catherine (8/5): - Very close to QPAC ,Southbank. The 2nd bedroom didn't have a window. I know these are a few little thing's but, no teaspoons, no extra blankets. Used shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom. Left over open food items in the kitchen. Regarding parking. We had to find a parking spot somewhere out the front, then go to reception get our key from the locked box, ( works well, make sure you read your emails regarding pin codes) so it's a bit confusing.
• Ken (4/5): Very disappointing - Key instructions incorrect. Wry mean essential supplies e.g milk. Bedding very basic. NOTHING was luxury which was the first word on the booking. Internet did not work and host unhelpful with just bland remark after email.

The address to collect the keys was on the opposite side of the road....very confusing. Loved the idea of the spa but when we went it was 42. Way too hot for comfort.

• M (5/5): Passable - Great location, building facilities fantastic, lovely BBQ and pool areas. Comfy beds. Instructions on how to find and enter property extremely frustrating, 2 seater couch only for 3 people, only 3 towels for 3 nights for 3 people, with pools and showering wasn't enough, we needed to wash and dry daily.
• Chelsea (6/5): Disappointing, we won’t return or recommend this apartment - Great location, all services available. Beds comfy, towels provided. Toilet seat was broken, which I could accept, until other issues started to mount up. First night we were on the street for an hour at 2am for false fire alarm. Second morning absolutely no hot water and no one responded to me about this issue. The backsplash was filthy, I scrubbed food off it and had to wash kitchen items before we could use them. Bowls had food caked on and so did some cutlery. Wifi only worked for the first half of the stay, but given no one got back to me about no hot water, I didn’t bother looking into it. Pity. It was probably a cute place to stay once, but it’s overpriced and grubby.

• Hui-ching (8/5): Overall, it was a nice stay. - Convenient transportation. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to South Bank. The facilities of the whole apartment are complete, and the bed is big and comfortable. Cleanliness could be better, the refrigerator smells, the kitchen table is sticky, there is obvious dust on the air-conditioning vents, and the floor is also dirty. In addition, I hope to install curtains in the living room.

• Lauren (10/5): Lovely apartment, great location, clear instructions. Approachable host. - The apartment is very clean and the linen and towels feel like new. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was quiet, great location. Car parking available. It’s a little thing, but it’s great to have bottles of cleaning products instead of silly little sachets that are never enough. Please move couch left in car parking I couldn’t park properly and couldn’t open passenger door. A little fussy, but a small carton of milk for tea and coffee in fridge on arrival would have been appreciated.

We walked everywhere from the apartment - so many places close by including Streets Beach (fake beach attraction)! We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again if we were in the area again.

I would have liked a book with all the informtion about the house. I know this information was available to me online, but like to have a physical copy for quick reference.

• Jane (7/5): Great location and apartment was pretty clean. - Lovely and central and the owners were very responsive to the issues we had with the TV Checking in. I did not receive the email instructions until after we arrived, and we arrived within the check-in time agreed on. I went to reception to be told this was a private booking and I needed to ring the owners. I rang and was talked through how to get in - I found this a bit stressful. Our TV didn't work - but the owners came and realised the aerial was broken and then came the next day and replaced it.

• Kate (8/5): Comfy and great place to stay… just need to be more specific with the instructions and being contactable should an issue - Two bedrooms so enough own space… very clean and tidy and great to have laundry facilities in the apartment:) comfy beds and The wifi kept cutting out and little to no phone reception and when we struggled to find the place when we arrived as it wasn’t at 1 Cordelia Street… it’s round the Corner… and then not super clear parking instructions as it doesn’t say keep going down…. Also couldn’t get hold of the hosts on the phone number provided. Hard to find, but once there, other that the wifi issues - a very homely cozy apartment which is surprisingly peaceful!

• Claudia (7/5): Basic two bedroom apt good for a night or two with responsive hosts - This apartment is comfortable and in a good location. Small things like not providing mugs (only glasses) when they provide a kettle and tea bags was a bit strange but the property assures me they’ll fix this. The beds were comfortable enough and the property was clean. Check in was easy with the comprehensive guide provided. Needs a few extra amenities, and the shower drain was not draining when we were there although I’m sure that’s an easy fix that could be taken care of.

Pool was nice and the plunge pool on the roof was perfect. Any questions we had, the hosts answered immediately. Would definitely stay here again.
