- Catherine (9/5): Very enjoyable family holiday space. - Very comfortable property. Very well equipped for those who wish to cook. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The wrap around balcony was cool! We had a 2 year old in our party and I would have liked a more secure closing on the stair gate.

- andrew (8/5): Lovely big roomy house with a location close to the beach, modern feel, ideal for families - Lovely big property, plenty of space for families split over two levels, modern feel Needs some maintenance and additions….remote roller door not operating, toilet seats need tightening, a few new appliances needed (non stick frypan, 4 slot toaster, child gate to be re hung, supply hair dryer for the ladies)
- Vanessa (10/5): Perfect home away from home - The property was beautifully presented, everything you would need on holidays is supplied. Comfy beds, lots of bathrooms, fireplace and outdoor areas. Very short walk to the beach and gorgeous views of the water. Leaving to go home!

- Jacinta (10/5): Winter long weekend on Phillip Island. - Excellent location, short walk to beach and 5 minute drive to Cowes. We were also able to walk into Cowes along the beach. Beautiful view from the main living area House was excellent for family. We had 3 generations and all able to have our own space. Baby gate at the top of the stairs was great for not having to worry about toddler falling down the stairs. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and basic ingredients. Nice and clean, comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Heaters worked very well.
- Dylan (10/5): Great stay in Cowes - We loved our stay in Langard. We had 3 couples and one baby, and the space was amazing. The upstairs lounge/dining was large and the fireplace was nice for the cold winter nights, and the bedrooms spaced away from each other enough for privacy, as well as a bathroom/toilet for each bedroom essentially :). We all commented that we would go back there! Also the kitchen was very well stocked! Hiring linen (BYO linen) was a little bit of an inconvenience, but not a deal breaker
