• giuseppe (6/5): Da rivedere - Vicino alla metro, nel quartiere Latino. Posizione abbastanza comoda, situata in un quartiere molto etnico e vivace, prevalentemente sudamericano/colombiano. Personalmente non abbiamo avuto alcun problema nella zona, ma l’esperienza nell’appartamento non è stata delle migliori. L’appartamento si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore, con scale molto strette e scalini alti, quindi poco pratico soprattutto con valigie o bambini. La pulizia purtroppo lasciava molto a desiderare: bagno molto piccolo e poco curato, con evidenti problemi di pulizia generale. Era presente un solo asciugamano a testa per tutto il soggiorno, da dover riutilizzare dopo ogni doccia. Anche nei cassetti e nei mobili c’era parecchia polvere accumulata. La casa è molto minimale e arredata con mobili vecchi e abbastanza rovinati. Divani scomodi, letti poco confortevoli, pavimento in finto parquet montato male e con vari avvallamenti. La vista dava sul retro di altri palazzi piuttosto degradati. Inoltre abbiamo trovato anche delle formiche in appartamento. La cucina aveva lo stretto indispensabile, senza particolari attenzioni o dotazioni. Mancava anche la TV. L’aspetto più spiacevole però è stato durante la prima notte: abbiamo sentito aprire la porta d’ingresso e si è presentato un uomo dicendo che dormiva lì. L’appartamento però era stato prenotato esclusivamente da noi per quattro giorni. Dopo avergli detto che c’era chiaramente un errore, è andato via senza alcuna spiegazione. Un episodio che ci ha fatto sentire poco sicuri e che lascia pensare che chiunque potesse avere accesso all’appartamento. In generale è un appartamento che può andare bene solo come punto d’appoggio per dormirci qualche ora, senza troppe pretese. Per soggiorni più comodi o per chi cerca cura, comfort, pulizia e sicurezza, probabilmente conviene valutare altre soluzioni.

• Veronika (4/5): - Bylo vidět snahu o čistotu, na první pohled vypadaly ložnice docela slušně, ložní prádlo bylo oprané a koupelna také uklizená. Poblíž metra (cca 8min. pěšky). S odemykáním jsme neměli problém a komunikace s majitelem probíhala bez problému. Apartmán zapáchá “stařešinou”. Vybavení je velmi staré, opotřebované a opravdu skromné. Povlečení bylo sice oprané, ale flekaté. Okna netěsní, v dubnu bylo v noci opravdu docela zima, žádné topení kromě klimatizace - ta fungovala, přitápěli jsme si s ní, ale vzhledem k rozložení apartmánu se do zadních místností teplo nedostane. Zdi byly špinavé, v koupelně vlhký strop a odporně zanesené spáry sprchového koutu se stoletým závěsem. Gauč byl opravdu nechutný - flekatý, špinavý, zapáchající, lepší kdyby nebyl žádný, než tohle. Oblast nepůsobila moc bezpečně a ulice zapáchají močí. Hluční sousedé. Za ty peníze to nestálo, využili jsme opravdu pouze k přespání a hygieně a bylo to pro nás nouzové řešení. Fén nefunkční, doporučuji si raději vzít co nejvíce vlastních věcí a přezůvky - podlaha byla ledová.

• Martina (1/5): Disappointed, dissatisfied - I like that the apartment was big but this is normal because we were 7 people in there This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. First of all, the apartment looks nothing like the photos shown online. The pictures are extremely misleading and do not represent the real condition of the place at all. When we arrived, the white bed sheets were clearly dirty and had multiple stains, including what looked like dried blood and other colored stains. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. The apartment also felt unsafe. All the windows were unlocked when we arrived. In the small single bedroom, which looked more like a storage room than a real bedroom, the window faces directly into the stairwell and it was also unlocked. The floors were extremely dirty. Walking around in socks was impossible because they would become black almost immediately. The sofa was extremely dirty and covered in stains, as if someone had been jumping on it with their shoes on. Because of this, we only sat on the chairs where we wouldn’t risk getting our clothes dirty. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time just to avoid stepping on the dirt. Showering was another problem. The boiler is very small and supplies two bathrooms, but it takes almost an entire night to heat up again. Because of this, half of our group had to take cold showers. When we turned on the air conditioner, a terrible smell came out of it. The smell was so strong that several of us felt nauseous and almost vomited. Overall, this apartment was very poorly maintained and extremely disappointing. We would definitely not recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling with a group.

Il frigo ha smesso di funzionare e si è sbrinato scongelando il cibo appena comprato a nostro carico. L'assistenza è stata vaga sulle tempistiche d'intervento ottenendo una risposta dopo diverse chiamate ma con la sostituzione del frigo, fortunatamente. La descrizione affermava che l'appartamento era fornito di aria condizionata, su 4 camere da letto solo le 2 matrimoniali avevano uno split di cui uno dei quali non funzionava neanche a pieno regime.

• Cláudia (5/5): Could be better. - Good location and really spacious apartment. Nice cafés, restaurants and markets nearby. The building had no elevator. I had to contact the host several times to get access to the code to access both the building and the apartment. They had a wifi router, but the password available wasn't correct. The apartment only has an AC in the living room, contrary to what the pictures demonstrated. Anyways, a lot could be ameliorated but, for the price, it is fair.
• Edlir (1/5): If you want to ruin your barcelona trip book this apartment. - It was close to the metro. Most of the amenities listed are missing. Air conditioning didn't work at all and when we tried to contact the property they barely responded after a lot of time and were rude. They didn't even bother to fix it even after the 6 days that we were there. The rooms and beds also were dirty. The pictures are misleading, the apartment isn't nowhere near as good as in the pictures. It was probably the worst accommodation I've stayed so far, and I've traveled a lot.

Their digital key device was simply not getting a connection and there was no other way in. (Screenshots attached). Property manager was completely unresponsive, even booking.com was unable to reach them. We were 6 people with heavy luggage crammed into one tiny staircase. We had to book a new place to stay on the same day. We lost about 6 hours of our time in Barcelona- valuable vacation time we can’t get back. The property responded the next day saying they’ll issue a full refund- it’s been several days since we’ve left Spain and no sign of it yet. When inquired about it, the property gave no reply. We are apparently not the first people this has happened to. Should’ve listened to the other reviews.

Some of our group had to re booked alternative accommodation due to extremely poor apartment. Group of 6 all arriving separately. No key code had been provided. Unable to gain entry. Called number no answer. Emailed & messaged on booking.com. No response. After a hour, cleaner came from inside the building. Managed to explain via translation app & she gave us the key code to allow access. Key code wasnt ever provided via the link. Others arring later on that night couldn't gain entry. Condition of apartment was poor but very clean. Kitchen poorly equipped. Only 4 cups. No bottle opener/Cork screw minor issues. 1 bathroom flooded when showering due to the curtain being too short. Air con in the main living area only. Sleeping was impossible. All bedrooms were like sweat boxes, windows did not lock. Noise from neighbouring apartments at night was horrendous & no Internet. Cleaner advised on arrival Internet was broken and technician was coming. Tried to contact company again regarding this numerous times. Received 1 rude response with the incorrect login details, tried again to contact company over the whole weeks stay daily with no further responses from them.

Iron was missing, and there were ants pooping out mostlyim the kitchen(perhaps product for ants should be included)

Arriving to the property, it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants. Basic necessities such as an iron and tele were non existent, the opposite to what is stated online. The pillows are on the verge of disintegrating, the windows are plastic thin, you can hear noise all day/night. Towels and bedsheets dirty and the property is not well looked after. If I was able to have the means financially to stay elsewhere I would. Unfortunately this property made my dream holiday a nightmare. I cannot stress enough how disappointing my experience was and I beg anyone looking at this property to stay well away.
