• Mpho (1/5): My stay was very uncomfortable and extremely bad I was it pleased at all - Nothing When we first checked in we had to wait for long because we were given wrong Acess codes (so unprofessional) There was no water apparently there’s frequent water cuts and we hardly took a shower imagine worse thing is we were international guests The bed was hard and very uncomfortable Sheets and blankets were dirty We had a hard time checking because we struggled to access our keys basically we were not briefed on our check in procedures we had to figure out our way in The property manager did not even know our check in and check out dates and gave us wrong dates from the ones we initially booked The WiFi was extremely slow and bad They did not have extra blankets nor soaps at the shower We struggled to put on the stove imagine and the gas got finished while we were cooking we had to wait hours to get assisted we always had to directly call the property manager to help us but then he would call us via WhatsApp and not call us with a direct call because the electricity got finished and we struggled to communicate with him But his response was negative and he made in a way that we were supposed to know that the property had an electric recharge meter The most boring thing was that Mr Nick Phale (property manager) would always communicate only on WhatsApp when we told him to call us directly because the WiFi was so bad that messages took long to send The balcony was not user friendly because it had scaffolds on site They gave us expired milk for our tea There was frequent water cuts They also didn’t have hot water It was very uncomfortable and unbearable it felt like a reap off They did not have kitchen cleaning so as usual we had to call him with our airtime and wait for him to go buy and come back after hours of waiting He apologized for all that but still even on our last day of stay we nearly went back without taking a shower because there’s was no water
• Brian (2/5): Not so good. - The location was okay and the host was reachable. The shower was clogged and it made it very uncomfortable to shower. The fleece wasn’t clean, the wifi wasn’t working properly most of the time.
