syahida (1/5): - staff punya layanan macam gampang. menyakitkan hati. tak membantu langsung. nampak orang sarat bawa barang banyak2 langsung taknak tolong. sambil duduk atas sofa silang kaki tenung aku yang bersusah payah angkut barang. at least tolong buka pintu pun ok dah. aku minta selimut extra lama betul dia nak bergerak. bila aku tanya yang selimut tu dia akan hantar atau aku kena tunggu dia bagi boleh dia sound aku "eh u ambil la sendiri. apesal i nak kena hantar dekat u". memang layan macam celaka ye hotel ni.
