• Karina Edith (7/5): Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Sin competencia real en una ciudad con poco desarrollo turístico - Amplitud de habitaciones, ducha, calidad de descanso, ubicación. Limpieza: encontré faltas en un estadía de 5 días, alguna grave que no expondré aquí. Productos de tocador, realmente horribles. No ponen papel higiénico extra, lo que ocurre en cualquier hotel básico. Desayuno bueno pero inconsistente en productos a veces incluidos y a veces no, como la miel (son un hotel de 5 estrellas). No hicieron el menor esfuerzo en siquiera demostrar que quisieran devolverme el monto de la última noche en la que me tuve que ir por un problema personal. Les dejé servida la habitación para otro huésped, y, como cobran al check in, después no les importa nada ni nadie.

• Leonardo (8/5): - Las instalaciones son modernas, el personal de recepción siempre muy atento. Muy buena ubicación céntrica. A la pileta externa le falta mantenimiento. Un día en el desayuno tuvimos un inconveniente con una mujer del servicio por sacar algo extra del Buffett. Es algo que no tiene sentido para un hotel de 5 estrellas.

• SILVIA (9/5): Confort - La habitación y la ubicación. Servirse uno la infusión y hacer fila porque había una sola cafetera para el desayuno. No fuimos avisados que lo del frigobar era de cortesía ( me enterés en el check out). Me sorprendió que no nos acompañaran a mostrar la habitación y subir las valijas.

Estuvimos en una suite ejecutiva. En el restaurante comimos bien. El hotel estaba lleno. La pileta muy linda Muy buena pasteleria Solo tiene dos ascensores y uno no funcionaba, y al estar el hotel lleno, era un problema. Pero al final lo arreglaron. El desayuno con lo básico.

It was nice that we were not rushed to finish breakfast exactly at 11.00 and could stay at the breakfast restaurant a bit longer and enjoy our coffee. Receptionists were very kind and helpful. Good and safe parking near the hotel.

• Thomas (10/5): wonderful hotel on top level - Only opened in April ‘23, a hotel truly up to global standard. We had booked the exec. suite and we’re super happy with the choice. We would highly recommend the hotel. Clean, modern, attentive staff. Great place to stay. The management appear to do the right thing to make their customers happy. PLEASE continue the way you are….. not applicable
