• Elena (8/5): - В общем и целом номер хороший, мы путешествовали вдвоем, нужны были разные комнаты, необходимая техника: плита, холодильник, микроволновая печь, кофеварка, чайник двухэтажный и электрочайник, стиральная машина и сушильная машина. Имеется кухонная посуда. Номер расположен на первом этаже с отдельным выходом сразу на улицу, но на окнах и двери железные решетки. Улица на которой расположен сам номер страшноватая, вечерами шумная, но рядом лестница с выходом на другую улицу, где расположен ресепшн уже получше. До метро и автобусных остановок 5-7 мин. Рядом Истикляль, мечеть, остановка такси. Недалеко номера расположены кафе и небольшие магазинчики. Всем тем, кто приехал гулять по городу и не переплачивать за номер отличный вариант. При заселении предоставлено постельное белье, полотенца, шампунь, мусорные мешки.

• Bianca (8/5): Confortável e ótimo custo Benefício - O apartamento que fiquei é espaçoso, tem tudo o que você precisa caso queira cozinhar lá e lavar suas roupas. Cama confortável. É perto da praça Taksim, de mercadinhos e restaurantes, mas fica em uma rua um tanto erma (o lado bom é que é bem silenciosa). O dono e o funcionário são muito gentis e respondem rapidamente. Não tem uma identificação no local, mas o atendente estava lá para nos receber, mesmo sendo de madrugada. O chuveiro foi bem difícil de usar para deixar em uma temperatura agradável, mas uma vez que você entende, ele é bom. O apartamento que fiquei, a porta dá direto na rua e são 1 porta e 1 grade que não são muito fáceis de trancar.

Sprzęty agd mają swoje lata, ale działają. Wynajmując pokoje w tej cenie wiedziałem, że będą drobne niedogodności, więc dla mnie było ok. Ktoś kto potrafi przymknąć oko na szczegóły będzie się podobać. Dobre pidy i lachmagoony na przeciwko.

• Irada (10/5): - Была там с 24.10.25 по 29.10.25. Отдыхала с мамой и дочкой 5 лет. Всё чисто, ремонт свежий. Кухонных принадлежностей достаточно. 5-10 минут пешком до площади Таксим. На улице есть магазины продуктовые 24 часа работают. 10 минут до остановок. Всё близко. С улицы слышен мат постоянно. Но если вы не знаете Турецкий, то это не проблема.

Хорошее месторасположение в нескольких минутах ходьбы от площади Таксим и метро. Единственно, что при дороге туда надо преодолеть довольно крутой подъем, это может вызвать у кого-нибудь затруднение, особенно с багажом. Но это специфика района. Довольно крутая лестница на второй этаж может доставить неудобство, если у Вас проблемы с суставами

• tihomir (9/5): Опознаване на Истанбул. - Местоположението е много добро като отправна точка за опознаване на Истанбул. Близо е до голяма автоспирка, до метро и до Финикуляр за слизане до крайбрежието.
• Svetoslav (10/5): Отлично - Много сме доволни от престоя. Пътувахме с кола. Беше ни осигурено предварително заявеното място, точно пред хотела. Много любезно посрещане и настаняване. Ползвахме апартамента на последния етаж с прекрасния балкон. Имахме всички удобства. Нищо не ни липсваше. В кухненския бокс имаше необходимите уреди, съдове и прибори за приготвяне на храна, чай, кафе. Леглата бяха много удобни. Чистотата на ниво. Не ни притесниха стълбите до третия етаж. Все пак се ги изкачвахме само един път вечер. Входната врата на хотела се заключва автоматично и влизаш с код. Вратата на апартамента също беше сигурна. Никой не е влизал за почистване през целия престой, но и ние не сме искали. Така се чувстваме по-добре. Местоположението на хотела е на тясна уличка, леко стръмна по посока площад Таксим. Ние сме възрастна двойка, но с нащо темпо стигахме до площада за не повече от 8-10 минути. От Таксим има удобна връзка с метро, автобус и фуникуляр до различни забележителности. На уличката има магазини, малки завединия, аптека. Оживена е от сутрин до късна вечер, но през нощта е тихо. Всяка сутрин ни беше приятно да се виждаме с мениджъра пред хотела. Любезно се интересуваше как се чувстваме и имаме ли нужда от нещо. Предложи да ни помогне сс багажа, когато си тръгвахме. Благодарни сме за всичко. Бихме се върнали отново и препоръчваме.

• Ahmed (5/5): - Theoretically speaking, it is near Taksim square, but be careful! It is located down a steep street, which is a challenge even for the physically fit individuals. The room was clean. Although we almost never used them, the room was equipped with kitchen utensils. Where to start?!! 1) it is located down a steep street. It is so difficult to climb to Taksim square. 2) there is no name sign indicating the place. 3) the host told me there is a 24/7 reception on the location, but when we arrived we were just met by a random guy on the street who handed us the key for the room and the password for the wifi!! 4) the room I booked showed a bed and a sofa bed for 3 persons, but instead there was a regular sofa! 5) there weren't any toiletries apart from a small bottle of liquid soap. 6) our room was on the 2nd floor, served by a narrow upright staircase, so be prepared for some difficulty if you carry big or heavy bags. 7) it was awkward to find the water knob for the toilet seat on the left side!!

• Ivan (6/5): Gute Lage und güstig, ansonsten aber nicht sehr zu empfehlen. - Die Unterkunft ist relativ zentral in Taksim und daher gut gelegen, kommen Sie aber lieber nicht mit dem Auto. Das wir einen Parkplatz bekommen haben, war wirklich Glück. Es gibt kleine, unscheinbare lokale Läden (türkisches Essen), wo auch die Einheimischen essen und nicht alles nur für Touristen ist. Wer das also genießen möchte und nicht zu penibel ist was die Unterkunft und den Komfort angeht, der kann das Hotel gerne buchen. Immerhin war es relativ sauber, das muss man sageb. Ich denke aber trotzdem, dass es bessere ähnliche Unterkünfte gibt. Die Zimmer (Ausstattung usw.) brauchen definitiv eine Renovierung und die Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Wir hatten Glück, dass es nicht mehr so heiß war im September. Wenn man dann allerdings die Fenster offen lässt, hat man bis spät in die Nacht Lärm von der Straße. Eine "Terasse" hat nur das oberste Apartment. Ansonsten sind es mini Balkone, maximal um zu Rauchen. Die Zimmer sind auch bei weitem nicht so groß wie angegeben. Natürlich kann man für den Preis kein Edelhotel erwarten, aber dennoch würde ich es nicht wieder buchen. Wer seine Ansprüche runterschraubt, wird es aber aushalten können.

• Artur (9/5): - Хорошее расположение, в плане того что рядом метро и куча маленьких магазинчиков. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный хозяин, отвечал очень быстро на все сообщения и просьбы. Было чисто, уборка была всегда по просьбе. Все есть для комфортного проживания. Соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Очень шумно, всю ночь по улице гоняют и специально сигналят на скутерах и мотоциклах. Но в принципе быстро привыкаешь.

The suite was clean and quiet and had everything we needed, from kitchenware to everything we needed in the bathroom. A minus is that there is no private parking. You have to park on the street, in front of the suite or wherever you find an empty spot. We thought it would be an issue, but it in the end it wasn't. The car was safe where we parked it and we would always find an empty parking spot when we returned to the suite. I would have given it a 9.5 rating if Booking permitted. On the whole, it was a nice experience. You have to keep in mind that Istanbul is an experience and you have to embrace the culture as it is.

• Sanja (9/5): Great value for money - For Istanbul it was actually pretty easy to reach. Close to Taksim Square but hidden in a lane off the big road. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed to sit on the balcony and have dinner and a glass of wine. Great value for money.

• Eya (10/5): Excellent - We had an excellent 10-day stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is well-maintained, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The amenities are in great working order, including the Wi-Fi, which is fast and reliable. We were three people, and we all enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

• Fatemeh (10/5): Fantastic Stay with Thoughtful Host - Our stay at this property was an excellent experience, with several highlights worth mentioning: Prime Location: The property is situated close to Taksim Square, providing easy access to Istiklal Street for shopping and plenty of nearby restaurants. Great Facilities: Ideal for longer stays, the property offers useful amenities such as washing machines, dryers, and cleaning products. These conveniences made our stay particularly comfortable. Reliable Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was fast and consistent which was a great bonus. Responsive Host: The host was incredibly kind and available to help with any issues. For instance, when the Wi-Fi temporarily stopped working, they addressed the issue. When we needed an iron or had any other requests, they were quick to provide assistance. On one occasion, when the cleaning lady was unavailable, the host personally came to clean the room, which was very thoughtful. Their attentiveness made a big difference. Thoughtful Gestures: Small acts of kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. For example, when we asked if the tap water was drinkable, the host not only gave us advice to use the tap water only for boiling and cooking but also brought us two bottles of water for our first night, which we really appreciated. Understanding Host: During our stay, we had a minor accident and accidentally broke two glasses. When we informed the host, they reassured us that it was no issue at all, which was incredibly considerate. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and genuinely appreciated the host's kindness and hospitality. While there were some less fortunate aspects of our experience, I do mention them as suggestions for the kind host to consider for future improvements: Cleaning: Upon arrival, we noticed an underwear item left in the washing machine, some stained towels and bedsheets, and a few hairs in the bathroom. A more detailed cleaning prior to guests' arrival would greatly improve the overall experience. Toiletries: While hand soap was provided, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were already open and mostly used, lasting only a couple of uses. Since toiletries are listed among the amenities, I would recommend providing fresh, unopened products for the guests. Shower Temperature: While we could adjust the water temperature in the sink, the shower temperature could not be adjusted by the tap. It could only be controlled through the boiler, which we found a bit unusual. However, setting the boiler to a moderate temperature not too hot or cold made it manageable for showering. Humidity: Like many properties in Istanbul, there was some humidity in the room. However, opening the windows resolves this issue temporarily. Being on ground level, we understand this is a natural occurrence and expected.
• Fatemeh (10/5): Exceptional - We initially booked for 9 nights and extended for an additional 4 due to our great experience. The property is ideally located near Taksim Square, with easy access to Istiklal Street and nearby restaurants. It’s perfect for longer stays, offering amenities like washing machines, dryers, and cleaning products, which made our stay very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our time there. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, quickly addressing any issues. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially for longer stays!

I was always out exploring the city, having come with my girlfriend from Russia, before breaking up with her and then finding a new girlfriend in Istanbul. Nevertheless, Turan made special efforts to reach out to me and ask what I needed to make my stay even better. Whether you are more likely to spend time at the property or go out a lot like me, Turan is a warm and kind host and I highly recommend both him and Neo Pera. The location is very good as well.

• Palina (10/5): Good location, close to Taksim, very nice host - I liked my stay very much! Turan was very nice and welcoming - helped us with directions how to get from the IST airport in the middle of the night, got us a NEW clothes dryer when we asked for it and when we asked for the toilet paper he gave us a pack of 16 rolls! I loved the generosity and the welcome - it was awesome! Apartment itself is clean and nice, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay - all kitchen utilities, additional towels,blankets and pillows if you need it. There is a very steep hill to climb to reach Taksim square from the apartment - be aware of this while booking

• Rodolphe (8/5): Really nice - Apartment in good state, our host (Turan -my apologies if miss spelling of the name) was really helpful and nice, ready to help at anytime. Only few minutes away from Taksim place and from metro. More equipment in the kitchen would have been much appreciated. 3 people can fit in the apartment but there isn't enough knife, fork, pan for 3 to cook and eat.
• Jonatan (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment is located a few meters from taksim square, in a very local street full of homey restaurants to eat and super nice people arround, it gives the feeling of living in the street than being there for holidays! The owner of the place is the best host i ever met, whatever you need he will be there super fast and super friendly always ready to help! Definitivley a place to stay if you plan to visit Istambul!
• Alzaghir (9/5): A cozy stay - Its location is very good, very close to Taksim Square but you need to go uphill to reach the square. It is a small, clean and comfortable place to stay especially if you are willing to go around and not stay at home. Thank you for this opportunity. Definitely recommend it. The bathroom needs a bit of maintenance.
• Ивайло (9/5): Great host who takes care of his place. - Extremely kind and very responsive host. He provided us with a free parking spot on the street. Very well maintained and clean room. Property as of the room we stayed was great. Fasade of the apart is good. But the street is a bit sketchy. There is food garbage on the street which is not a great sight. The street has a slopy incline which could be a challenging part in the summer heat for pregnant women and elderly people even though the apart is very close to Taxim. Use Uber App to get a taxi cuz otherwise drivers will scam you with the prize.

• Omid (10/5): Exceptional - طبقه پایین رو به ما دادن، که درش از کوچه پشتی بود. یک تک واحده کامل. تازه بازسازی شده بود و همه چیز داشت... واقعا می ارزید و به خصوص پسر جوون ایلمیز که تا جایی که میتونست همکاری می‌کرد هیچ بطری آب آشامیدنی نذاشتن برامون که واقعا خساست بی موردی بود و یکم تو ذوق میزد.

Everything was great and the owner was super friendly and helpful. - The property is located near taksim square which is close to one of the main shopping street, metro station. the property was clean and all the facilities mentioned were available.

• Zahra (2/5): Definitely not booking that room again - The beginning was ok, the owner responded fast when we messaged about matters We received our room late around 6pm (the owner kept our things in a room until we got our booked room) The room is filled with insects (ants , spiders and a cockroach), there was water shutdown one day, electricity shutdown another night, we stayed for 2 weeks and got the room cleaned once only after the first week. At the last day of our accommodation, the owner invaded our privacy, he came knocking on the door my female family member was in the shower !!!!! And only my young son was in the room, So the owner opened the locked door with his own keys (which terrified my son) he just walked in the room claiming that we leave, although we had an agreement on late checkout and that we’re paying him extra for that, of course he could’ve messaged me to talk to me since he contacts me always by the booking app, but No he choose to invade our privacy and open a locked door !!!!! Which is definitely unacceptable! My son called me to let me know so I had to run back there to find him angry with me !!! While he did what he did !!!
