Chong Wee (5/5): Could be better, just read why I didn’t like about the property. - There is centralised A/C. Fan and light in the balcony. No chairs and table in the balcony. The water supply in ensuite is low. Water from upstairs leaked into the ensuite. No shower curtain in ensuite nor the other bathroom. Floor was quite dusty when we got there. There was only 1 pot to cook with, 1 working convection/hot plate, 1 kettle. Could use another convection/hot plate, another pot and a frying pan.

LiangYao Jackson (7/5): Value for money location relatively close to CIQ but don't expect luxury or feel welcome - gym and sauna convenient. gym was at high floor and had nice view, equipment slightly old but fully functional. didn't try the pool but was indoors and seemed nice. sauna located at pool toilet and heats up quickly, although instructions given by condo management confusing at first. place was quiet, with only 2 apartment units per floor per side, so very private. lift only allows you to access your own level and common areas. Smart Google TV was placed directly in front of bed and was nice and large. bed was comfortable and had pillows with high and low types for different sleep styles. room was relatively value for money. 24h convenience store was about 5 minutes away but still need to walk on a bit of road to get there. Concierge service via Whatsapp was almost non-existent. Got terse replies to all my questions, making it clear their job seems to be only to ensure you check in and check out. Instructions a bit confusing, you need to download pdf and read carefully. The original apartment unit is divided into 2 rooms such that they install second doors after main door, so after number lock main door, you come to this completely dark room, and need physical key to go into your own room. For like 5 dollars can install a motion sensor light but wonder why they never even bother. Main room itself was ok, but the toilet was below par. Questionable toilet design choices showing lack of detail for guests: lack of shower curtain, placement of toilet paper holder awkward, choice of bulky sink with no place to put anything, not even put a cup for toothbrush, shower head drooping cause the holder is loose, held by duct tape. Shower drains slowly. Main room kitchen sink seemed to be leaking slightly as water kept pooling on floor. Refrigerator too small, barely fit in 1.5 litre drink. Although "close" to CIQ on map (they are behind CIQ but you can't jump the fence right?), the RTS construction means that if you have no car, you have to walk on busy road about 10 min just to get to the CIQ entrance with no safe pavement (not child or elderly friendly). Condo carpark gate doesn't even have a pedestrian entrance/exit. Condo's steam room would have been great if not for fact that need 2 hours just to warm up, so practically useless.

Henna (10/5): Home away from home - Apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and had plenty of room to store your belongings. Kitchen had everything you could need. For your laundry you had a little "balcony" beside the kitchhen that had washingmachine and space to dry your laundry. There were also bigger balcony that had a great views towards Singapore, same as all the windows in the apartment. Communication with the host was easy and effortless. Good for longer stays too! Nothing bad to say really :)

It was dual key, so we had two parking spaces. It had a small room for games. There was a mahjong set and table. We enjoyed playing at night. Traffic around the area during peak hours but we kniw better than to go in and out around that time

C (7/5): Value for money. - I liked the location and the ease of getting around the property. It was suitable for a short family stay. I was initially surprised to find that the property housed two rooms—although I booked the main room, there was another annex beyond the main door that belonged to a separate homestay. I wasn't aware of this and accidentally left the main door to our rooms open. Guests may wish to be aware of this arrangement. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wish the place had a water dispenser. Rooms show slight signs of age.

Sabariah (8/5): A Good Short Stay Option Near CIQ - Beautiful property which is well kept and maintained. It is just a 10-15 walk from the CIQ. It is situated such that you could see the flow if traffic going in and out of jb thus allowing you to gauge the best time to move around or across the border. Walking from the CIQ may not be too wheelchair/ old people friendly as there was no proper path. Additionally, grab or taxis may not be allowed into the lobby and they are only able to pick passengers from the roadside. Also, it was just in front of a busy road (leading towards the checkpoint).

Water flow were very slow. The iron provided for ironing have burnt mark below it which made it so difficult to iron clothes. The pillow cover has not being change because there are stains and bad smell. Overall the area and space is good. Need more improvement especially on hygiene.

Chen (9/5): - 原先预定了不能取消的住宿，但不小心取消掉，发现之后马上又在平台上再订一次。也就是说同一个预定付了2次费用。经过沟通后，感谢民宿管理层Stayrene愿意退回一次的住宿费。

SITI ZAWIAH (1/5): We will not repeat our stay there. . Tx . - Nothing The guard was rude. He said we could not park in the building as we only booked 1 night. Keys were difficult to collect .we parked at 3rd floor n only later realized we have to drive down to collect the key . The tv in the room could not work. The person who replied my wats was nice n helpful but it was too late to do anything. We asked for help with the tv but it was too late for the repairmen to come and we hv to go down to get him. It’s really inconvenient .
