Richard (9/5): Excellent - Monsenor Complex is very nice. The large balcony of this apartment gets the sun first thing in the morning until around 2.30pm (in January) but the pool at the top continues to get the sun until 4.30pm-ish. Bathroom and general condition is a little dated/tired but perfectly acceptable
