• Hemanshree (8/5): Cozy and hassle-free stay with all the essentials you need. - I love the simple yet clean setup..all essentials were provided by the host.The host was very responsive and overall it was a wonderful experience. Nothing we did not like but just as a suggestion we think the place can benefit with a full size mirror for the guests.

• marcelle (10/5): Wow beau séjour en famille, superbe appartement! - Très joli appartement. Du bon café fourni. Cuisine bien équipée. Belle terrasse à l'extérieure. Appartement bien éclairé. Toute la famille a beaucoup aimé! Ceci est mineur, mais j'aurais ajouté des linges à vaisselle et des serviettes à main, des débarbouillettes aussi. Et dans le distributeur à savon de la salle de bain d'en haut, du savon qui s'écoule. Ou bien, aviser que le client doit apporter ses produits d'hygiène.
• Christopher (9/5): - The space and setup was ideal for our family and felt homy! Good Location for our visits and tours. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the patio and grill. Was equipped with most of what we needed. Wished the backyard was clean as shown on website. Contacted host about the place being cold and he respond in due time wiith instructions. We would have preferred if someone had come to fix the issue however, because it just didn't work out.

• Felipe (10/5): - - Tamanho e conforto da casa, móveis e estrutura nova. - Cozinha completa para o viajante - Região mais tranquila e residencial, basta atravessar a Pont Samuel-De-Champlain de carro que já está em Montreal para conhecer os pontos turísticos. - Como a casa tem 2 andares, e os quartos ficam no piso superior, quem tiver mobilidade reduzida pode ter dificuldades em subir com as malas na escada. No nosso caso isso não foi um problema.

• Kirstie (10/5): Absolutely fabulous place to stay - A beautiful house in a fantastic location and with literally everything you could possibly want, they have thought of everything. From tupperware in kitchen, to ear buds and hairspray in bathroom, ice machine, herbs and spices, dishwasher tablets... This host really makes it feel like a home from home. House felt really safe and in a great location, 10 mins into old town Montreal. Parking is easy and can fit two cars. Bedrooms are a great size and the bathrooms are super modern. It's immaculate inside and the nicest place we have stayed through booking.com. Host is really quick to answer questions and when we had an issue with the keypad lock helped straight away with a solution. Can't recommend staying here enough and if we are ever back in this part of the world we will be staying here again. Fantastic! Nothing it was all fantastic!!

• Giovanna (8/5): Grazioso appartamento - Cucina attrezzata e buona posizione per raggiungere Montreal. Patio comodo e attrezzato con un barbecue (manca però l’attrezzatura per utilizzarlo e soprattutto pulirlo). C’è un frigo grandissimo e ice maker. Mancava il bagnoschiuma in entrambi i bagni, i letti sono molto rumorosi e durante la notte si sente il rumore ad ogni movimento, lenzuola di bassissima qualità. È saltata la corrente al pomeriggio nei due bagni e la proprietà non ha risposto al messaggio fino al giorno successivo (ma ormai eravamo andati già via) e abbiamo utilizzato i bagni al buio.

• Anne-Catherine (5/5): Correcte mais extérieur degueulasse - Moderne, 2 salles de bain complètes Il y avait des crottes animales à l’entrée de l’appartement juste devant la porte principale. Il y avait également beaucoup de crottes très grosses sur le balcon arrière. C’était facile de voir que quelqu’un l’avait lancé sur le balcon et sur le mobilier extérieur car il y en avait sur la porte patio. L’odeur était horrible, impossible d’être dehors. Je leur en ai parlé et personne n’est venu rectifier la situation ou donner une compassion financière.

• Jean-Christophe (9/5): Globalement satisfaisant - La décoration, les équipements pour la cuisine, le système de climatisation et de chauffage. Les salles de bain au top. la cuisine au top. la connexion internet n'est pas assez rapide et il faudrait mettre des prises cpl ou autre pour étendre la portée de la wifi dans les chambres qui sont au premier étage, la télévision du salon ne fonctionne convenablement. Le canapé du salon n'est pas très confortable
• Charlie (4/5): It's okay but not worth the extra $200 cleaning fee when the cleaning hasn't happened. - Driveway was easily accessible though on a busy street. Kitchen was well equipped. Appliances all worked as they should. Extra bathroom was useful. For a single child family, it was spacious and adequate. When we arrived, after driving 1200km, place was not cleaned after previous guest. Dirty bed linens were all bunched up on every bed. Kitchen was not cleaned, garbage not removed, towels in the sink. Had to wait 2 hours before place was cleaned for our arrival. Owner promised I would receive a partial refund on the $200 cleaning fee, never received. I followed up with owner directly and through Booking and owner would not respond. I'm not mad about the rate and the place was suitable. Just don't tack on an extra $200 as a cleaning fee in the fine print, if you can't deliver. That's a lot of extra coin to pay for the previous guests' mess.
• Guest (9/5): It is a beautiful house, awesome location and have all the the things that you will need. - It was clean and warm. Great location. The owner has to be more specific for how to enter to the property. For recommendation, the house should have a blender.

• Daniel (10/5): Comfort and clean - The property is amazing. Just like the pictures. Very clean, nice finish, full kitchen. The area is amazing, and the host is very nice. I definitely recommend it.
• Mathieu (10/5): Parfait - Tout etait parfait, tres bien situé pres de la 10 et du pont champlain ainsi que du quartier 10-30. Lits comfortable et condo bien equipé. J’ai tout aimé cependant des outils pour le bbq serait un plus et l’eau était tiède pour la douche mais rien de plus grave que ca! C’est un 10/10
• Arno (6/5): Bien mais mérite plus de transparence sur la présence d'un second logement - Bien situé et stationnement devant la maison Nous avons été surpris de découvrir que le logement qui devait être pour nous entièrement car il y avait du monde qui vivait dans le garage aménagé, sans savoir si c'est le propriétaire ou une autre location. Le problème c'est que les deux logements sont séparés par un simple porte et que nous entendions des gens parler, claquer la porte d'accès au logement...

• Arnaud (5/5): Très mitigé - L'appartement est très bien et la literie est confortable. Il y a 2 appartements avec le même code d'entrée (pour 2 personnes et pour 6 personnes) du coup les voyageurs arrivés 24h avant nous, ont occupé notre location. Très mauvaise surprise et donc attente de plus de 5h pour que cela rentre dans l'ordre ! Sans compter les nombreux coups de fil à passer ! En conclusion, très mauvaise organisation et gestion de cet endroit. Par contre, un grand merci à la personne en charge de refaire le ménage, qui elle, a assuré, et était vraiment sympathique.
