• Bobrova (3/5): Никому бы не порекомендовали такого опыта - Гель для душа классно пахнет. Есть посудомойка Ох... Список на самом деле очень длинный. Давайте начнем с того что сами апартаменты не были подготовлены должным образом и пол был грязным. На стене были пятна и явные следы грязи. Когда я протер черные перила , салфетка стала черной ... Есть кастрюли , но они были почти до конца сломаны. Благо у меня была отвёртка и я прикрутил им все ручки.... К слову , фонарики которые стоят - тоже сломаны . Их мне тоже пришлось лично подкручивать чтобы хотя бы можно было направить свет ... Ах да , свет ... Света во всех апартаментах критически не хватает. Открыть шторы полностью не позволяет вид из окна на какие-то гаражи и окна других людей , а света от ламп не хватает ни на что. В туалете тускло так , будто ты в подвале. Везде только жёлтый , тусклый свет. Не могу не упомянуть сам туалет и ванную комнату. Туалет сломан , при желании закрыть крышку унитаза , вы благополучно ее просто снимите т.к. она ничем не закреплена( сломана) та же история ждёт и шторы для ванной . Она ничем не закреплена и просто падает при малейшем косании. . Раковина в туалете настолько не продумана , что , чтобы вам помыть руки , придется боком прислонять их к крану т.к. кран выходит примерно всего на сантиметров 5 от ободка раковины. Розетки - розеток тоже не хватает. Они собраны в кучу и их на самом деле много , но из расположение почти бесполезно . На верхних этажах просто кабель от 1 розетки . И нет даже прикроватных ламп. Т е. 1 лампа конечно есть , однако она стоит в шкафу который между кроватей и не даёт никакого удобства , и , помимо этого , сам выключатель от лампы был очень неудобно расположен за шкафом , так что пришлось отодвигать его чтобы включить лампу. Сами апартаменты совсем не располагают к удобству . Места и физически и визуально просто мало . Чувствуется это совсем не комфортно. Также расстроил телевизор в которым я даже не смог обнаружить браузер для интернета ( во всяком случае у меня не получилось его найти или найти способ добавить его , но возможно тут я могу ошибаться ) .

• Ines (7/5): Prag ist eine Reise wert, die Unterkunft (lärmtechnisch) nicht zu empfehlen. - Die Lage ist gut, fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist funktional. Die Betreiber (das Personal) ist bemüht, Mängel abzustellen. Vor unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir einen Parkplatz angemeldet, aber die Bitte wurde nicht gelesen und somit nicht umgesetzt. Ärgerlich. Am Freitag angereist, nach 4 Stunden Stau in die Stadt hinein, mussten wir feststellen, dass die Heizung, bei doch herbstlichen Temperaturen von 10 Grad am Abend und 3 Grad am nächsten Morgen, nicht funktionierte. Bis dies behoben war, vergingen 2 Tage. Leider fehlt in der Ausstattung auch eine Kaffeemaschine. Solange man so ziemlich allein in dem Loft ist, ist die Lärmbelästigung relativ gering. Wir hatten leider in den Nächten Nachbarn, die (gefühlt) zwischen 21 Uhr und Mitternacht ständig Tische und Stühle gerückt haben, bis früh um 4 Uhr unermüdlich und polternd die Stahltreppe mit schwerem Schuhwerk oder alle mit über 100 Kg auf den Rippen, hoch und runter gerannt sind und in der letzten Nacht, sich laut brüllend verständigt haben. Die Betreiber hatten wir am ersten Tag über die Lärmbelästigung informiert, diese hatten die Security geschickt, ein Abend war Ruhe, aber dann begann Lärm am Tag und in der Nacht. Am Abreisetag musste ich zudem noch feststellen, dass die Verlängerungsschnur am Bett nicht darunter verlief, sondern direkt am Kopfende unter dem Matratzenschoner…

• Sommer (2/5): Keine Empfehlung. - Lage in Karlin sehr gut. Unweit vom Zentrum. Nette Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Metro in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es hat in der Unterkunft sehr schlecht gerochen. Lüften war möglich, hat aber nicht geholfen, den Gestank aus der Räumlichkeit zu bekommen. Im Flur vor der Unterkunft lagen Duschstangen (?), insgesamt war hier leider kein behagliches Logieren möglich.

• Ilwad (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Very spacious, 2 ventilators, kitchen supplies, the bathtub, the cozy balcony, the polite staff, parking. There was no hot water the second evening.
• Khrystina (3/5): Poor - The apartment was fine, but we had an unpleasant issue with the payment. We booked for 3 nights and the money was charged from our card. Upon check-in, we were asked to pay the city tax in cash (€18). Since we didn’t have cash, I asked for bank details to make a transfer. Unfortunately, I accidentally sent the amount in PLN instead of CZK, which ended up being €100 more. I immediately informed the host, and for two weeks they kept promising to return the overpaid amount — but I never received it. Later, they stopped responding to my messages. I recommend having cash on hand for the city tax to avoid situations like this.
• Wenhan (7/5): Good - The staff treated us nicely. The location is relatively good, close to nice restaurants, lidl, and public transportation. We had the room 314 which had two floors. It was particularly hot there, and even worse on the second floor. The living room felt significantly warmer than the outside. The fan helped a bit, but it was a small one, a larger would have been better. Some stuff in the kitchen wasn't properly cleaned. There wasn't any washing powder to the washing machine. Nor anything we could clean us with. I think most people do not bring that kind of stuff when traveling, so it would be nice if it was included in the price, people don't use washing machine much anyways. There was only one double bed, but we signed up for three people. Now, one couldn't come so we were effectively two people, but it would still be nice to have that extra bed, would have reduced the heat also. The wifi couldn't reach the second floor properly. We couldn't for instance watch shows on the bed. The sofa is not comfortable. The TV isn't aligned with the position of the sofa. I would rather add 40€ (price for three per night) to upgrade to a 5 star hotel we lived in previously with AC, breakfast, more central location, better bathroom, and more comfortable bed.
• Lucie (4/5): Nice design, more for a young people who wants to party. - The location is perfect, being close to public transportation and numerous restaurants and cafes. The design of the loft apartment is pretty. Unfortunately, no one changed the bed sheets or towels for the whole week. The bed sheets didn't stay on the bed. It happens every night that I sleep on the mattress instead of the sheets. Even though there is a fine for keeping quiet at night every night, around 2- 4, there was a shouting/chatting after-party on the balcony, so you couldn't sleep. If they have AC and you don't need to open the balcony door, it will help a lot. I have an issue with the wifi, which doesn' t work at all - luckily they worked it out and changed it to another day
• Ivana (5/5): Passable - The apartment is well located and in the quiet neighbourhood and it was clean. We were 5 adults and although it is said that it can fit 5 adults, it is a relatively small apartment with not enough space even for leaving your suitcase on the floor and not jumping around it, and this was without even pulling the sofa out. The pictures are misleading as there is no balcony in the apartment, and it is not that we selected the wrong one, this was only one offered. When you look at all the questions you will find that there is no balcony, but then those pictures should be deleted. The major downside was that we arrived at around 17:30, two hours after the official check in time and the cleaning was not finished. We had to wait for 15-20 minutes before the lady finished it, even though we sent a message about arrival time.

• Adam (6/5): Pleasant - Unfortunately, one of the worst accommodation experiences in Prague in terms of check-in. Our room was prepared late, and the communication about how to access the accommodation was complicated and confusing. We did not receive any instructions in advance, and it took two hours before we could check in. Additionally, there were no instructions regarding parking. That said, the room itself and the location were fine.
• Lynne (6/5): Pleasant - Nice appartment and great location. Stunning views. Definitely not suitable for 8 guests. 3rd bedroom is off the living room with no door so no privacy. Last bed is basically the sofa which is only big enough for 1 person. More suited for 4 or 6 at a push.
• Monika (10/5): Cozy and beautiful appartment - The first impression was so light, cozy and beautiful appartment with many balcons in a perfect location ( everything on walking distance incl the ucalicha). Perfect for the families and for relaxation. The view from upper balcony is increadable. There was small things that can easily be changed for next foreign visitors (we were the first ones, so it is understandable) either with the introduction letter or with the papers in the appartment, f.e how to use TV, wifi.
