• Daniel (10/5): Excelent location - The location is very good and convenient with local transportation bus, train and metro are very close, max 5 minutes from location. Also there are some very good restaurants in the area, specially if you are celiac. Facilities are also nice at location, you have everything as you have at home.

• Albrecht (10/5): - Sehr geräumige Wohnung, sehr ruhig. Gastgeber hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir konnten sogar unsere Fahrräder im Zimmer abstellen. Es gibt keinen Türschlüssel, man kommt nur mit Handy online in die Wohnung.

• Torsten (10/5): - Perfekte Lage an der Metro, beim Supermarkt und beim günstigen Pizzabäcker. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der ewigen Stadt. Es fehlte nichts an der Ausstattung, und der Zutritt per Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Schön heißes druckvolles Wasser aus der Dusche, das wurde in früheren Bewertungen bemängelt und offenbar behoben.

• Moscaggiura (8/5): Un soggiorno perfetto a Roma. - Appartamento davvero eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben organizzati, ideali sia per chi viaggia da solo che per chi è in compagnia. La pulizia era impeccabile: ogni angolo curato nei minimi dettagli, il che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante. La comodità è uno dei punti di forza: tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno era a portata di mano, dai servizi essenziali ai piccoli comfort che fanno davvero la differenza. La posizione, poi, permette di muoversi facilmente per esplorare le meraviglie della città. Tornerei senza esitazione e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un alloggio di qualità a Roma. • D'aloi (5/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione e a livello di comfort la casa non ha mancanze. Tutto il necessario per soddisfare ogni bisogno. Non mi è piaciuto molto il fatto.che i mobili erano pieni di polvere, la vasca per quanto possa essere bella è anche pericolosa perché non dispone di tappetini antiscivolo, il pavimento era sporco, il copri divano macchiato. Insomma casa molto confortevole ma potrebbe migliorare e offrire un servizio decisamente migliore, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli ambienti.

• Markus (9/5): Preis Leistung Perfekt - Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut ( von Salz bis Olivenöl) es war sogar eine Waschmaschine da. Die Metro ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt, des Weiteren hat man Geschäfte in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Ebenso ist direkt neben der Unterkunft ein bewachter Parkplatz der 25€ die Nacht kostet. Leider keine Bettdecke. War aber so in den Rezessionen gestanden von daher waren wir vorbereitet.

• Lusine (9/5): Great stay! - Apartment was amazing with everything you need. Location was very good: close to the metro stations and with nearby markets and fruit points. There was a mini mall nearby, so basically this is what tourist needs especially if you are familiar with the city. Water pressure was very bad. I couldn’t even wash my hair because of it. If this can be fixed, it would be amazing. And there is no street view from the window (just a side note).

It's just a few steps from the metro station (which - our bad luck- was closed for maintainance during our stay,so we had to walk extra 10mins to the next stop). A variety of kitchen utensils. No noise from the street/traffic. The host was very responsive - answered all our questions. The apartment has high ceilings and there is quite some mould😬 (it is a bit of a throw back, visually, should reflect on the price, in my opinion). It only has windows to the 'inside' of the building,which is ok,because there's no noise from the street,but it's not as airy... We missed a third cup/mug... The apartment is for 3 people, we are a family of 3, one had to do with tea/coffee from a glass (easily repairable😉).
• Basu (6/5): Stay in Rome - All necessary & functioning equipments, cleanliness, next to grocery stores and bus stops...generally responsive host. The check in time of 5 pm is quite excessively poor given that check out is 11 am and there is no place to keep luggage in the interim....however in pur case the host allowed access at 1230 pm as the room was empty the previous day. That was helpful indeed...but such a delayed check in time is excessive and never seen 1. Host misled us on our most important criteria as senior citizens...proximity to metro station. The station was closed for repairs for few months and was well known to all locals. I had repeatedly been in contact with him about our inability to lug luggage around long distances. 2. Two sets of stairs leading to the apartment. The lift was shown which was for tge upper floors and not applicable to this GF apartment. So again we had lot of trouble to take the luggage. Not expected as lifts were shown and clarified. 3. AC in only one room made the other room unusable in the high heat in Rome. 4. Set of instructions for emergencies, taxis, bus stops, equipment use, etc would have been very helpful as we found in all our places in English and few other languages.

The apartment is spacious.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, which was great for preparing meals at home. The living area is cozy and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing The bedroom was a highlight – the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, with a powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me as I needed to work remotely during my stay. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in. Overall, my stay at this apartment exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stylish place to stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the city!

• Vida (10/5): Big recommendation - I rarely write reviews but this stay was amazing. If you are looking for a comfortable stay in Rome with easy access to the public transport, this is the right place. Location was the best part, one minute walk from the Metro station, close to the bus station, two really good supermarkets only few steps away and many different small local restaurants in the street. Street is urban, you feel safe, yet the apartment is very quiet and really peaceful. It is a great place to rest after a day spent in busy Rome. It was clean with great wifi, kitchen was equipped with oil, salt, pepper, dishes and many devices, you also have ironing facilities and washing machine. And the sofa in the living room can be used as an additional bed on request. Host was really helpful and even asked us on our second day of stay we needed anything additional. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to return. We loved everything. :)

• Vlasova (10/5): Winter stay in Rome: clean, warm apartment, attentive hosts, recommended - We stayed at Camillo's Quality Home in Rome during the winter, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The apartment was clean, warm, and quiet, making it perfect for traveling with a child. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the host was incredibly attentive to our requests. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner. A huge bonus was the grocery store conveniently located right by the entrance to the building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for long-term and short-term accommodation. For those traveling with strollers or individuals with limited mobility, having a ground-floor apartment would be appreciated; however, there are two small stairs that can be challenging to overcome. There are no dedicated trash containers in the building, and nearby shared bins are often full, making waste separation difficult. Also, it would be great to have a vacuum cleaner during long-term stays and a dishwasher; these additions would elevate the apartments to ideal.
• Viacheslav (10/5): Roman holiday - We lived in this apartment for several days at the end of February. The apartment is fully equipped, furniture, kitchen - everything is very comfortable. It turned out to be convenient to open doors using a link on the Internet. From the windows of the apartment only the courtyard of the house is visible. We only spent the night in the apartment, and the view from the window didn’t really bother us. You can see the sky - to understand whether it is raining, this is enough)). Very convenient location - two minutes walk to the metro station, from where 10-20 minutes to the central attractions of Rome. The host was very friendly and attentive, was in contact with us, offered early check-in (we needed this) and late check-out. Thanx!

The neighborhood is great with lots of shops and great restaurants around and very close to the metro. We did not get the apartment number when doing the check-in and had to wait at the entrance for the host to send it. While it mentions there is a sofa bed, the bed sheets were not ready and I had to ask the host to bring them.

You can find everything you need. The lock app is quite troubling at first. The instruction is quite confusing, but luckily Matteo is very responsive & fast in answering our chat.
