• Francesca (3/5): Never again - NO AIR CONDITIONING!! How can you rent an apartment with 35 degrees without A/C ??? Without telling the guest that you only have a fan!!! During the day and until 11:00 pm it was very very hot! Unacceptable.
• Joseph (5/5): Sweat lodge - Location is good, access to tricolore stn is convenient. Smells of tobacco, poorly maintained, there was supposed to be air conditioning but there was none and the apartment was so hot we could not sleep at night. Would not recommend

• Nasko (8/5): I recommend - Well I can say it’s in great location. Very close to the metro and one stop away from city centre. You can go everywhere very quickly. Theres a store also very close and a gelato store on the other side of the street. About the flat: it was cosy but they didn’t have a bar of soap. Only liquid soap and dish washing soap. It was clean bed was really comfortable. All around good place. Maybe a bar of soap and a bottle of water will make the stay even better. Take care. It was all good

• Wayne (4/5): You are on your own. No assistance available when you need it! - There's netflix and dishes to use. Difficult to locate the property cuz the direction pictures of building is old and doesn't match the current state of the building. There's no aircon. There are stove and dishwasher but they aren't user friendly and there's no one available to assist. No towels and toilet paper if your stay is more than 2 days.
• Anurita (9/5): Superb - It was clean, spacious, good location. The room and the bathroom were very clean. They should atleast keep tea bags and coffee. That's the basic an apartment should have. Also, during the stay the WiFi did not work.

• Uliana (9/5): Superb - Really nice facility. It was spacious, clean, beautiful view from the window. Location was the best, 15-20 min by walk to the main attractions. Heating was on and kept the full apartment warm, also extra heating in the bathroom (it was pretty cold those days in Milan so it was important to us to be warm in the apartment). Secure access into apartment, a lot of nice places to eat around this place as well. Really enjoyed the stay. The kettle was quite old, would be nice to replace it as when I heated up the water - some of it came out from somewhere down the kettle.. We were just having coffee in cafés but for people who enjoy to have tea or coffee in the morning with their breakfast - I suppose it would be really important the kettle to work.
• Stela (5/5): Passable - Good location Very bad communication with the property, after 3 emails i received the key code 4 hrs before the arrival time. I received the day before my check out an email that the housekeeping would be late... I guess that was meant to be sent out before my check it. Property required some tlc, sink was blocked, flush didnt work properly, and most importantly plugs are a hazard!

• Janis (8/5): A simple hotel at a reasonable price. - The premises are clean, beautiful and modern design. A large fridge. There is no instruction manual for the oven, the floor in the living room needs a little repair. There is no air conditioner in the inventory of the hotel's equipment, however, it would be nice if the hotel management warned about it in the description.

• Iulian-valeriu (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, 20 minutes walk to the Dome. Also a stunning view of the Concordia Plaza. The apartment is great and spacious and the indications on how to reach it are concise. The area is full of excellent restaurants, bars and a great gelato place right next door. The only downside for me was the shower head that was unscrewed and water went everywhere when taking a shower. But excluding this, the accomodation is a 9/10 easily.
• Chris (9/5): Nearly perfect apartment - The location is very close to the tram N9 which is the circular route to and from the Central Station. The area is very quiet and feels safe particularly at night. The flooring needs a bit of attention as per the photo
• Erusevschi (9/5): Cozy place with a great view - Cozy apartment with a great view. The apartment is very well equipped and has a great use of space. It has a great location: 3 metro stations away from Duomo. The check-in/ out is easy and the communication with staff is excellent. Overall a great option for Milan. The floor is a bit noisy and old, but for me it just added character))
