- Ankush (3/5): Poor - Breakfast was not included, but the location was conveniently accessible to everything. We experienced several issues during our five-day stay that need addressing. First, more effort should be invested in cleanliness, as the accommodations did not meet our expectations. Additionally, only one dishwashing tablet was provided for our entire stay.
We also encountered problems with the appliances: the microwave was not working, and the vacuum cleaner was broken. Furthermore, we were without Wi-Fi for the entire five days, forcing us to rely on our own internet, which was inconvenient given the price we paid, especially while traveling overseas.
When we informed the host about these issues, we did not receive a response, and our concerns were never addressed.

The dishwasher was not working and from the smell had not been working for sometime
TV control could not be located– after some considerable waste of time searching it was located under the lounge
Instructions for the Wi-Fi were vague and took some considerable time to work out~Three telephone messages to the number provided were never answered

- Tina (8/5): Very good - The location is great. It is in walking distance to so many places and the tram is close as well. The parking space was a bonus. The couch and bed were comfy. Full sized fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom. Living area was a good size. Elevator to the basement parking.

The bed was comfortable.
Would definitely stay again. The TV was difficult to manage and had to set up an account to operate.

We have family living in the same apartment complex, so this was super convenient. It is an ideal location in Prahran and close to the tram stop we use. The tram makes it very easy to get into the Melbourne CBD. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing

Apartment is spacious, comfortable and well fit out. additional explanation about the key fob/remote to open the building door and use the lifts would be helpful but a very minor detail.

I was able to leave my car in secure parking & walk each day to visit my husband. Initially I had trouble finding the car park entrance & then find the allocated parking spot.
- Stephen (10/5): Perfect accommodation in a fantastic location. - The property was staged to a high level, the decorations and furnishings were excellent as were the bedding, towels and appliances. Nothing of any real consequence, but the I struggled sometimes with the door lock into the apartment, also couldn't get the letter box to lock when departing, may just have been me.
I had to ring the 24 hour helpline with a question and the operative couldn't easily find my booking despite being given the booking reference and every other piece of information he requested, I suggest you listen to the recording if there is one as a training aid and apologize for getting frustrated with him.

- Wilda (7/5): overall is not bad. - there is free car park which is good. Owner forgot to take out towels from washing machine. I believed they are washed and dry, just forgot to take out from washing machine. Anyway, we didnt use them and just used our own towels.
