• Pamela (6/5): Great part of Rome spacious lounge area and very clean apartment. - The internet was very slow. Improved later on. We had a power problem. Bathroom very confined. Couch very uncomfortable and the bed was extremely hard. Apart from that was furnished very nicely and in a great location.

• David (10/5): fantastic. many happy memories. - Good location. Lovely apartment with good air-conditioning and spacious bedrooms. Probably more suited to sleeping 4 than 6 guests. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space to unpack and make yourselves at home. Elevator a welcome option after walking Rome for most of the day! Carrefour Express less than 2 min away and coffee shops right outside the apartment – what more could you ask for? somewhere in the lounge to unpack into if using the sofabed.

As people on vacation don't have to deal with broken pipe under the sink and have to mopped the kitchen floor, The bedroom door handle came off.

• Julio (10/5): Good memories of a wonderful place to stay in Rome - Very spacious apartment for four people, easy and safe access. Beautiful decor, antique style furniture, comfortable beds. This is a quiet residential building but close to walk to restaurants, shops, the river, Piazza Navona and Castel Sant Angelo. Dishwasher not functioning.

• Sultan (8/5): Very good - Location is really good, the overall ambiance of a flat is too good the old feeling is so classy and cosy. But most of all Mr. Umberto he is so kind and sweet that he told each and everything about not only the hotel but the restaurants around as well, he would be the reason if I ever come back to this property again. Nor they gave one minute extra after check out time neither I was allowed to keep my luggage there even for a while, even I requested a lot for that as my flight was in afternoon and all I need 30 mins more, sharp 10 the cleaning guys came and we had to leave instantly, this was very new to me as they are very reluctant, the space in washroom is too small specially if you have kids it won't be easy to give them bath there.

• Kim (8/5): Perfectly located apartment in between Vatican and Piazza Navona with complete albeit smallish kitchen - Property was well decorated and had a complete kitchen. Location was perfect as it’s near Castel St. Angelo and the Vatican, as well as Piazza Navona which is a few minutes walk away. I really appreciated that the host was very responsive to all our queries and requests. Overall, the apartment was a good value for money! The kitchen can be a tight fit when more than 4 adults are eating together. Some items in the unit are not working - i.e. the dishwasher and the light in the hallway. The walls and floor were rather thin, so we had to walk lightly and keep our voices down to not disturb the neighbors.

An old lady who lived below our apartment told us off. In her opinion, we were making too much noise when walking late at night. Particularly with a toddler, it can be challenging.

• Aneta (10/5): Great experience in a gorgeous, luxurious flat - We were a family of four adults on our annual holiday. We arrived a little earlier than expected but this wasn't a problem for Umberto who met us outside and showed us around the flat. The flat was great, beautifully done with large master bedroom and one smaller bedroom with two beds, and a foldable sofa. The flat is spacious, comfortable and very nicely done up- you can see that someone took care to fill it with art books and sculptures, and beautiful furniture. The bathroom and kitchen were modern and spacious, too. Everything was very clean. Umberto recommended a great restaurant, in fact it was so good, we returned three times as we loved the food and the family atmosphere in the place. The flat is situated just by a beautiful and famous shopping street and nestled in the little maze of gorgeous little streets with leather goods, antiques and restaurants. It is a stone throw to famous Piazza Navona and the Vatican (a few minutes walk). Most famous landmarks are about 20 minutes walk so we walked everywhere. We loved the location. We highly recommend it and we would love to go back.
