From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our gracious hosts with freshly baked bread and cookies—an elegant and thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our visit. The apartment is beautifully designed, with a sleek, modern aesthetic and impeccable cleanliness throughout. Every detail has been carefully curated to offer the comfort and ease of home, but with the refinement of a boutique hotel. The kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and fully stocked with everything you might need for a luxurious stay. Each bedroom features its own climate control, allowing for a perfectly tailored experience. One of the highlights was the private balcony complete with a traditional parrilla—ideal for enjoying a glass of Malbec while grilling under the Mendoza sky. Our hosts Patricia and Fernando have a passion for their property and customers . I have paid over $700 a night and not have the experience we had at this property. When we first walked into the property…. My wife and I said to each other “We do not want to leave” and after 4 days….. that was still the case. If you have a chance and dates are open…… book it !!!!!!!

• Gillian (10/5): Look No Further it Really Does Deserve the High Score - Look no further for your accommodation in Mendoza. The apartments well deserve the high score on booking.com. Fernando and Patricia were so helpful and attentive and were there to meet us on arrival. Fernando had left us some of his home made bread and helped us with great recommendations for places to eat etc. The apartment we had was 5* luxurious and I'm certain that it's better than any hotel in the city. It felt like a beautiful home for our stay. It was spotlessly clean, the bed and pillows were sumptuous. It was modern with a living area featuring a large TV with Netflix etc. super fast WiFi. Ubers are fast and plentiful in the city so getting about was no problem at all. In addition we always felt supported by Fernando and Patricia and I know that if we'd had any problems at all, they would have helped us. Nothing it's perfect

This place has it all - The property is amazing, I saw the very high review score on booking and that was one of the reasons we selected this place and it did not disappoint! There is a great kitchen to cook, big fridge, washing machine, a very spacious living room and tv with netflix, Disney,… We also enjoyed the barbecue facilities, we used it a lot after doing an asado class in buenos aires. The meat in the supermarkets and butcher is very high quality and the bbq is great! There is also a parking available on site which was very useful since we rented a car to explore some vineyards. The area is safe and the apartment was very clean. Thanks again for the great hospitality and we really enjoyed our stay! Nothing, everything was great

There were beautiful touches from a candle burning near the flowers next to the ideal table setting, freshly baked bread, milk in the fridge and lovely music playing in the background. The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed, clean as a whistle, in a great location, very secure and absolutely nothing is a bother to the owners. Nil

They were very genuine and welcoming; providing information on areas and places to go, and enabling us to leave our luggage with them safely when we checked out as we had a later flight. Their attention to detail in the apartment is excellent, and the welcoming gift of fresh bread and cookies, baked by themselves, was a lovely touch and very tasty! The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Certain amount of road noise during the day in the front apartment.

They are warm, hospitable and make such an effort to make you feel at home. The apartment is beautiful, and at attention to detail goes the extra mile. I can’t recommend a stay here more highly! The only small point it the road facing apartment can be a bit noisy in the morning from cars if you are sensitive to sound, but nothing basic earplugs didn’t solve.

The property is also relatively new and thoughtfully designed for guests' comfort. The WiFi is fast (>200 Mbps on Ookla). Very clean, safe, and on a relatively quiet street. We slept well and enjoyed all the modern facilities. Located a short walking distance from Mercado Central and many other shops & restaurants. Wish we had booked more days here. Nothing to complain about...maybe the bathroom towels are too large?

They let us check in super early which we really appreciated. The apartment had quality appliances in a large modern kitchen with enough staples to self cater. We also made use of the laundry and private parking facilities. It was a pleasure to hang around the apartment and we enjoyed the small touches such as jam, milk and home baked bread. Easily my favourite place to stay during a 5 week holiday.

The laundry was clutch after traveling for 14 days with limited luggage. The outdoor areas were very nice including showers. It was very secure, felt safe. Nicely renovated and modern with personal touches. The television was ready to stream whatever service you can think of. No negatives. Proximity to city center was good. Communication was really great and the hosts pointed us in the right direction for tour companies and restaurants.

• Jean (10/5): Lovely place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. - Brilliant place. Very well presented, spotlessly clean and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Cooking facilities, large fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, Good air conditioning. Nice balcony to sit outside. The best thing for me was that there was a lovely small laundry for the use of the three flats in the building - a new Samsung washing machine with free washing powder and liquid detergent, ironing board and iron. There were extendable clothes lines in the laundry and on our balcony. It's so nice after travelling for a while to be able to wash your dirty clothing. The hosts were lovely people. Flat was cleaned and the sheets changed after 3-4 days. Top security at the front door. The only slight negative is that it's slightly out of the center of Mendoza - a 15 - 20 minute walk. However there are restaurants and shops nearby and a supermarket. Front flat is next to the road and can be a little noisy. That's all.

A short walk to shops like the “Blow Max “ for groceries and the local pub and restaurants further a walk into the town. The apartments has a shared laundry. The hosts Fernando and Patricia were so accommodating, friendly and supportive and were if required, available at short notice to assist. Never travelled in South America but we felt safe at all times in this neighbourhood of Mendoza. Nothing really.

They were concerned about our every needs. They had a bottle of red wine in the wine cooler for us. They had baked fresh bread for us to have for breakfast. There was cheese, jam, milk and water in the refrigerator, and coffee pods for our morning cappuccino. They contacted us each day to see how we were doing. The apartment was spotless, modern, beautiful, safe and comfortable. The only complaint that we have is that we couldn't stay longer.

We arrived to be treated as a family with freshly baked bread, cream cheese, and marmalade. The home is warm and welcoming and we felt very comfortable being there. If you're not used to sleeping with an air-con on hot then the air can be quite dry during the night

Comfortable, secure, clean, and modern with all the amenities you could ask for including welcome wine, fresh flowers, and baked goods. The hosts Fernando and Patricia are amazing. Warm, generous, and available to their guests for information and requests. It’s close to bus routes and an easy 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. A washing machine to catch up on laundry, parking if you have a car, cleaning included, and a lovely deck to enjoy the warm air of Mendoza. There is nothing to dislike about the property.

Your personalities and hospitality were wonderful, and our first trip to Argentina was an unforgettable one. All what you need to stay scuh as refrigerator, microwave, cooking tools, and tableware are provided. There is also a shared laundry for guests. The room and the facilities are so clean and well-maintained, including kicthen, bathroom and bedroom. It really shows that the host takes great care of the apartment. The location is a 10 minute walk from the city center where there are restaurants and bars, safe and convenient. Highly recommended for travelers staying for multiple days.

• Mheavens (10/5): Lovely people, lovely apartment and a city to visit again, no doubt. - We loved absolutely everything and would rate this apartment more than a 10! It is absolutely the best apartment I have ever stayed at. Fernando and Patricia gave us a very warm welcome, everything was impeccable, from the great shower to the towels, the comfortable beds, the great balcony, the laundry, the cleanliness of the entire place. Last but not least, we found flowers on the table and they also left us delicious coffee and biscuits to enjoy. They provided all kind of information and were willing to help us in any way possible. The neighbourhood is quiet and within walking distance from the centre, restaurants and shops. We did not use the parking but it is undercover, spacious and safe. I will definitely go back during my next visit to Mendoza. Thank you to you both, you truly are outstanding hosts! Nothing, everything was excellent.

It's perfectly located - out of the craziness of downtown Mendoza, but a short 10 min walk to the action. The owners were also extremely helpful and accommodating. They treated us like family. Nothing.

It had all kitchenware needed to create a good dinner. The hosts had layed out different foods as well; bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, cold water. And the most magic part of the place was it got a wine-fridge. I have never rented an apartment before which have had a wine-fridge before! Utterly luxury!
