• Mark (1/5): Poor value - Host was bad. Poor communication and demanded cash for arriving late to the property. Moldy bathrooms as well.
• Anonymous (5/5): Was fair stay , but the property needs to do more on the above points. Also the property needs to be clear on what is av - Location is good , easy accessible. Most the things required are available in the neighborhood Mattress not clean. In one of the room the window does not lock.

• Michael (8/5): Decent Apartment at a Good Price - Apartment is located in a non-touristy area where locals live. The area is fairly safe and has options for eating, grocery shopping. Apartment itself is quiet. There is a split mini in the main room and the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms have fans so we kept the bedroom doors open at night to ensure that air stayed cool and circulated. WiFi worked well. Overall a solid place to stay at a good price. We ultimately didn't have too bad a time with the lack of air conditioning in the two bedrooms but could get a bit stuffy in wanted privacy and closed door. Also, there was only one set of keys for the apartment which could be a problem if you wanted to split up and explore the city separately.

• Dimitar (9/5): nice apartment, great location - Nice place located centrally. We were greeted by host on arrival. Subway (metro) is just next door. Walking distance to many major attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including supermarket, bakery and others. I was slightly worried if street noise will be a problem (as street had a lot of foot traffic) but the window insulation was remarkably good. Also no noise in the bedrooms. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Honestly no remarks. Overall pleasant stay and experience.
• John (3/5): Good location, below average apartment and experience. - Good location Only single beds in 2nd and 3rd bedroom, main bed was soft in the centre making an uncomfortable dent, no soap, shampoo, or shower shelf, no waste basket, no water or any other amenity or arrival, only 1 set of keys, 90 minute wait outside in the rain to open the apartment when we left the key inside with poor communication about arrival of the owner with a key, ... basically a corporate feel apartment with cheap makeover finishes and no feeling at all of a home apartment. We would not stay there again.

• Tan (9/5): Very pleased with our stay. - The location was central in the city. My interaction with the owner was excellent. He was very helpful in answering the questions and when the tap didn't work, it was fixed immediately. Nothing of note and overall a very favourable experience. Will definitely come again.
• Dolores (8/5): Enjoyable stay. Host very responsive. Addressed an issue we had in a timely fashion. - Location. The property is better suited for a family with kids rather than a group of adults, but we were comfortable enough.
• Nathan (9/5): Great apartment, in a nice and central area letting you get straight on with your time in Madrid - With great communication, we were able to someone earlier as we had an early flight they gave us our keys and let us leave our bags while they prepped the room

• Nicole (8/5): Would come back here! - Walking distance from Plaza Mayor A night club is next door and some nights everybody is in the street till 6am, so good luck sleeping if you’re in the living room! A/C only in living room and main bedroom but they were very nice to buy 2 fans for the other bedrooms.
• Philimonas (10/5): Beautiful home in the unique La Latina area of Madrid. - The apartment was well furnished with three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms which was great as we were 8 people. Even though we stayed for a short while it was excellent! The only thing we didn't like was that we had a very short visit.
