• Alisa (6/5): - Although a bit hard to be find initially, the apartment is in a great location in O Porrino. You overlook a square - we stayed on a weekday and there was a concert that ended by 9 PM. The apartment is massive, more than we needed. It gave us what we needed for a decent price. The bedrooms (including beds) and bathrooms could really use a deep clean. The carpets have many stains and are very old. There is some noise from outside/main entrance doors - it didn’t keep us up at night but something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. The apartment stairwell has no lighting at night. It is extremely dark (& rather unsafe). Ensure you bring a flashlight/phone so you don’t fall on the stairs.

• Miguel (9/5): - El apartamento es muy amplio y muy bien equipado. Tiene buenos detalles como desayunos o caramelos. Llega ruido de las terrazas de la plaza hasta que cierran. La cama principal es un poco dura.
• Sonia (8/5): - La casa es amplia y confortable, con todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones. Ubicado junto al Ayuntamiento, en el centro del pueblo , camino de peregrinos. Los dueños muy atentos y pendientes de cualquier necesidad que pudiéramos tener. Limpieza de 10. Cada uno extraña su cama, pero eso es lo normal. Colchón más duro, más blando, las almohadas...

• Nikki (5/5): Clean apartment close to the Camino. - A night stay as we were walking the Camino. Good as it was on route. I enjoyed the bath to relax tired muscles. The property had no facilities to do laundry which when walking the Camino with minimum clothes etc would have been very helpful. A washing machine and a drier would have been so helpful

• Alan (9/5): Superb - The owner was on the property, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The outdoor area has many chairs and benches and even a couple of hammocks, which I used, to relax in. The area was quiet, making for a restful sleep. The owner did serve a dinner for a nominal and reasonable fee (perhaps the standard 10 euros. There was no breakfast items available in the morning but a 10 minute walk brought you to numerous cafes. There is a FULL size kitchen to store your food items or to cook a meal. I would stay there again with no hesitation. The owner should be proud of his property. We enjoyed our stay.

• Jiml_toronto (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed with friends in the Piso Praza apartment in late April 2025 while walking along the Portuguese Camino. The apartment is lovely and so comfortable with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Plus, the sitting area is lovely, overlooking the public square. Our host laid out the coffee cups and coffee for us in the kitchen - so welcoming! In addition to the above, our host was so helpful with the luggage transfer and access instructions. A terrific stay! Nothing - everything was better than anticipated.

• Eric (10/5): We loved this apartment. - We are a couple in our late 50s trekking the Camino from Porto to Santiago de Compostela. This property is in an amazing location right on the Camino Trail. The apartment itself is clean, quiet and fully stocked. We went shopping and ate in, kitchen had everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. One of our favorite features was the balcony which faces the main square in Porriño. We really enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and people watching as locals about their daily lives and pilgrims came through the square. This is a top-notch property in the center of town and right on the Camino Nothing. Excellent location and amenities.

Concert started at 10.30pm and soooooooo loud. Would have been good to be advised of this prior to booking.

• Sue (6/5): It was fine, easy to get into, but difficult to find on google maps! - The location was good right in the middle of the old town, local bars and restaurants were busy but good, except that we arrived at siesta time! Very convenient for Camino - especially for a larger group. Kitchen was well equipped but we didn't use it. Nice touches by host - local chocolate for us! Note that if you're on Camino using Tui transport - pick up of luggage is from a cafe, only 2 mins away Rather dated interiors, but it was absolutely fine as we were only sleeping there.

• Svend (9/5): Absolutely a nice place to stay right in the center - Very nice apartment with lot of light coming in. Right in the city center. We loved all the space we had and the sun coming in. We will definitely stay here again even though there is noise from the bar next door. It was easy to get in touch with the owner via text messages. We had problems finding the entrance and had people helping us. We have got a lot of good information how to find and the codes to the 2 doors which was absolutely fine. But the photo showing us where to enter had a huge banner and we could not find it because the banner was not hanging there any more. So a new photo with more light on would be a good idea. There was no info of the wifi code and we were texting with the owner. We had to take down the router from the wall to get the code. A lot of noise from the bar down on the corner. It closed early but the personnel was sitting outside having a party until 1 o'clock and talking very loud. I went out on the balcony and asked them politely to be more quiet but one of the guys kept making a lot of noise.
• Douglas (7/5): Great place to stay for a few days! - Didn’t get to stay here, but since I had already paid for it, went inside to check it out. It is quite elegant and located in a perfect place. Our luggage delivery service did not list this property, so had to scramble for an alternate. Also be aware of a huge local festival in late September that goes on through the nice. A main stage is set up right outside the window. Not the property’s fault!

• Michaela (10/5): Perfect place to stay!! - Perfect location and such a peaceful place after a hard days walk. Beautiful apartment overlooking the square - and so close to everything. Plenty of room and all the amenities were great supplying everything we needed.
