• sugiyama (4/5): 全部が中途半端❗️です　 - 立地はとても良かったと思います こんな近くにドームがあって行ききできるのはとても最高でした。 遅くまで外に出て　寝に帰るだけの素泊まりなら最高の施設ですよ♪ これだけ近いならまた泊まりたいです。 全部ダメでした。 まずは入り口にボロの傘が置いてあって気持ち悪かった。 ２人で予約したつもりなのにスリッパが一つしか置いてないクローゼットの中のゴミ 壁紙に手形 アメニティがついているはずなのに何も置いていない Wi-Fiも接続したのに使えない 宿泊日をちゃんと伝えてあるはずなのに一泊した次の日にチェックアウトのメールがきて折り返しをして確認したら　何も誤りもなかった事 アメニティもついていないなら教えていただきたい❗️ シャンプーリンス　ボディーソープのみとか❗️ タオルも今回2泊したのですが、バスタオル　小タオルも数分ないし　足拭き用バスマットもない❗️ せっかくいい立地にあるのに!色々雑でもったいない！ 場所も部屋の雰囲気も悪くないのですが、内容が全く良くなくて残念です。

• Hitomi (9/5): とても良かった。 - 今回ライブに参加のための宿泊でしたが、京セラドームに本当に近くて便利でした。スタッフさんの対応も早くて、とても丁寧でした。 タオルはバスタオルのみであったことと、バスマットの用意は欲しかったです。歯ブラシもあったら嬉しかったです。

• MANAMI (10/5): 最高でした。 - 事前にメッセージで何度か質問したのですが、返信の速さ等、スタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応してくださり、安心して宿泊できました。また今回京セラドームでのコンサートの為、利用させていただきましたが、目の前にはすぐドームがあり立地も最高でした。京セラドームに来る時は是非また利用したいと思っています。 特になし。

• Seri (3/5): いいのは立地だけ - ・とても綺麗なところ。 ・京セラドームめっちゃ近いところ。 ・３泊もしたのに、タオル1枚だけ。洗濯自分でさせてくる。調べたら他にもタオルに関しての同じような口コミが多々あったのに改善されてない。旅行先なのにタオル買いました。 ・キーボックスが開けにくい。ネイルしてる人からすると、開ける時に爪が折れそうで仕方がない。 ・緊急連絡先に電話してもLINEしても基本通じない。折り返しが来る時もあるが、おじさんの対応がくそ。えらそうな態度がむり。

• EBARA (8/5): 民泊だと理解すればとても良いと思います　また利用したいです - 立地が最高です 京セラドームの本当に真横で、イオンモールや駅にも近く、ドームのイベントの拠点にするには最高の立地でした 清掃業者が変わったのでしょうか⁈ 他の方の口コミにあったような清掃の不備も無く、とても綺麗でした 湯船がとても広く、良かったです 民泊のため、ホテルの様にスタッフが在中していない所 鍵の場所や備品の予備など、気軽に聞けない点が多少不便でした 本当に困った時はメールでキチンと対応してくれます 他の方の口コミにもありましたがTV、歯ブラシは無いです

• AYAKO (8/5): 京セラドーム至近 - 京セラドームから近かった。 ドライヤーが不調になったが新しいものを届けてくれた。浴槽があったのでゆっくりお風呂にはいれた。 バスマットがなかったのでお風呂のとき困った。タオルがあったが1泊分で、洗濯機はあったが乾燥機はなくて干す場所もなくて困った。連絡したら圧縮タオルを持ってきてくれたが、濡らして使うものなので私には残念でした。。 掃除が少し足りない感じだった。

• Yukari (10/5): とても良いお部屋でした。 - 清潔で夜は静かで、設備も問題なくて、楽しく過ごせました。 電子レンジ・湯沸かしポット・冷蔵庫・洗濯機・ヘアドライヤー・Wi-Fiなどの家電も揃ってて、自分の部屋のようにとても居心地が良かったです。 お風呂は大きくて、ゆったり入れました。 キッチンも普通の一軒家並みの大きさで、調理する人は何も不便を感じないと思います。 3人で予約したのですが、置いてある掛け布団や食器・スリッパ等は全て2人分でした。 (特に不便は感じなかったです)

• Mayumi (8/5): ライブ参戦に好立地 - 京セラドームでのライブ参戦だったため、立地がとても便利でした。ドームを出てすぐの場所にあり、移動もスムーズ。お風呂のバスタブも広く、ライブで疲れた身体をゆっくり癒すことができました。質問事項もチャットで連絡するとすぐに回答があり、安心して利用することができました。 お風呂に洗面器と足拭きマットがあれば、さらに快適に利用できると思いました。

• Miki (5/5): 立地は良いがお風呂場と寝具が汚れている - 立地がとても良かった！お腹がすいたら、目の前にイオンがあるから、そこで少しお腹の足しにしてから、すぐ電車に乗って行きたい場所に行ける。 ソファーベッド自体、いろんな汚れが染みていて汚かった。ソファーベッドのそういうところに敷けるシーツか何か有ったら良かった。ソファーベッドにするために、ソファーをどけたら、その下にほこりや髪の毛あり。お風呂場も水垢やカビ？がとても広い範囲にあって、汚かった。 2泊分のタオルが欲しかった。

• Kathrin (5/5): Günstig, aber erfüllt keine Standards - Gute Zuganbindung, ruhige Lage, günstig Es war nicht wirklich sauber... Sofa ekelig fleckig und Beistelltisch war klebrig so wie im Bad ablagen hätten auch gerne mal einen lappen gesehen. Auf den Bilder wirkte die wohnung sehr hell, aber in Wirklichkeit musste musste man immer die Vorgänge zu lassen damit keiner reinschaut... viele Kleinigkeiten die in einer Ferienwohnung sein sollten oder meiner Meinung nach selbstverständlich sind fehlten. (Ersatz Klopapier, Seife aufgefüllt, Haken für Jacken im Eingangsbereich, Spiegel außerhalb des Badezimmers etc.)

• Orlaith Maeve (7/5): Great place to stay for the location alone, but the apartment is well equipped for a traveler. - Right next to Kyocera Dome, though there is absolutely no noise from the Dome when there are concerts. Very accessible. The place has everything you need, washing machine, kitchen, fridge, aircon. You get the key from a lockbox so its a very easy check in. The room is on the ground floor so the place is kind of damp. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the studio apartment. There is also not very much natural light.

• Tokyo (1/5): WORST ACCOMMODATION IN OSAKA - Nothing other than it was cheaper than other places The place was nothing like the photos on booking.com. There was no sofa. There were extra beds taking all the space. There was no toilet paper. There was no shower gel. When I complained the staff were rude and wanted to see receipts for toilet paper, etc. and photos of the missing sofa! Parking nearby was horrendously expensive.
• Elitsa (9/5): Very nice stay - The host shared a great guide. They were very helpful and send help to set up the sofa beds. Great sized rooms and bathroom. You could find many kitchen appliances. There is a supermarket and mall nearby. At the beginning it was a bit chaotic to find extra bedding for the sofa bed but after messaging with the host, things got sorted out
