Dimitra🌸 was extremely kind, helpful and thoughtful from the beginning. She explained everything clearly and was always available when needed. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place ☺️

W pokoju jest mała lodówka, czajnik, maszyna do kawy, wygodne duże łóżko, żelazko, mała deska do prasowania i duża w pełni wyposażona łazienka. Dodatkowo w łazience czekają wysokiej jakości produkty kapielowe. Dimitra jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo polecam ;) Brak minusów ;)
• aoi (10/5): 綺麗だが、改善して欲しい点はいくつかある - とても綺麗で新しい部屋。 アメニティも十分でした。シンタグマ駅からも近く、立地が良かった。 オーナーの対応もとても良かったです Wi-Fiがとても使い物にならない点。 シャワーのお湯がすぐに切れて途中から冷水になったこと。

• Peter (9/5): Good stay - Comfortable bed, good shower and facilities, clean Small room with bed pushed against one wall which is annoying for getting in and out.
• EMRAH (10/5): I used this house as base and visited all athens easily - It is a small but very efficient room. strategically; it has great location very near by walking to every where. additionally very near to metro which has direct line to airport. I didn't use but, very near paid otopark. Personally; clean and packed towels, hair drier and mini fridge, capsule coffees and its machine, elevator, a very comfortable bed and very clean spacious well designed room. Also Dimitra is a very hospitable and helpful person. She never leaves you without a solution or an answer. Therefore, I never felt alone. I think, no need to search for more, for my future travel plans. I really can't find any negatives. My priorities were location, cleanliness, and customer service. But if it's important, for example, there's no kitchen for those who want to cook at home.

• Karolina (9/5): Pokój czysty, dobrze wyposażony i przepięknie umeblowany 👍 Bardzo nam się podobało i na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy ❤️ - Pokój ma przepiękny wystrój, jest bardzo czysty i ma wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Jedyną rzeczą, która zwróciła naszą uwagę to dość głośno chodząca lodówka. Poza tym wszystko było super 👍
• Stefanos (10/5): - Ήταν όλα τέλεια πεντακάθαρο πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο…είχε και ντουλαπάκια για να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας μετά το check-out κάτι το οποίο μας βόλεψε ιδιαίτερα…η κυρία Δήμητρα ήταν απίστευτη πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Το μέρος που βρίσκεται αυτό το κατάλυμα εμένα προσωπικά μου άρεσε πολύ γιατί με δύο λεπτά περπάτημα ήμουν στην Ερμού και γενικότερα 3-4 λεπτά περπάτημα μέχρι την στάση του μετρό στο σύνταγμα…το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να κυκλοφορήσει κυρίως στο κέντρο της πόλης…κάθε φορά που θα πηγαίνω Αθήνα θα το προτιμάω ιδιαίτερα αυτό το κατάλυμα !!!

• Persa (10/5): Excellent - It was a beautiful arrangement of the room. Spacious, confortable. All the facilities left us feel rest and confortable. Very good location.

• Aikaterini (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο μπορεί να φαίνεται μικρό, αλλά είναι ευρύχωρο και λειτουργικό. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης, σε μια καλή περιοχή με πολλά μαγαζιά τριγύρω. Η Δήμητρα είναι πολύ ευγενική, φιλική και πολύ εξυπηρετική. Οι οδηγίες για να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο ήταν απλές και κατατοπιστικές. Ένα ακόμη θετικό είναι ότι υπάρχουν lockers που μπορείς να αφήσεις τα πράγματα σου αν φεύγεις αρκετά μετά το check out χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση. Το δωμάτιο έχει κλιματιστικό και ήταν ζεστό, όπως επίσης είχε και ζεστό νερό. Το δωμάτιο είναι 10/10, αλλά κάτι που θα το ανέβαζε ακόμα παραπάνω είναι μία smart TV.

• ΖΑΦΕΙΡΙΟΥ (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική και ήσυχη. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν ευγενέστατη, άμεση στην επικοινωνία και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Θα το προτιμούσαμε σίγουρα ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Raúl (9/5): Great place to stay in Athens city centre - Location is excellent. The host is very thoughtful and replies very fast. She made everything very easy for us. Lockers are available after check out for our luggage. It is necessary to wait 30 mins for the heater when taking a shower. At least Dimitra told us in advance.

• Fluoxo (10/5): Super séjour - La localisation de l'appartement est super, nous ne sommes qu'à quelques minutes à pied des lieux d'intérêt. L'accueil est chaleureux et l'arrivée flexible. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Je recommande vivement ! Il peut parfois y avoir un peu de bruit provenant du couloir.

• Pearl (8/5): Comfortable stay in handy location - Great location, stylish room, friendly and responsive host. The apartment was easy to check in to even after a late night arrival and Dimitra gave us instructions so we could leave our bags after check out. One downside was having to wait half an hour for the water to warm up whenever we wanted to shower, and initially the hot water didn’t last long, but Dimitra kindly adjusted this for us to improve it. The bed was comfy :)

The bed is located one sided and is a little bit unconfortable to get in and off for the second person. The shower cabin is very short .That’s why the water is spilling out.
• James (10/5): Jewel in the heart of Athens. - I absolutely loved this room, it’s in a great location, despite being in the center of Athens on a busy street it’s still quiet at night. Check-in is simple & easy with clear indications issued from Dimitra the owner. It’s really an original & beautifully designed room which makes the most of its size. The bed is very comfortable, bathroom is small (great shower) but functions perfectly well, some guests commented about the lacking a shower curtain I didn’t find it such a problem. I liked the quality bathroom products on offer. Tea & coffee also…the little decanter of liquor with 2mini glasses was a charming touch & much appreciated…..complementi Dimitra!!! Hard to find problems here!!

In walking distance of all the main tourist sites. Dimitra was the perfect host, communication and check in was smooth. Highly recommend.

• Dr (9/5): The ideal centrally located apartment in Athens - Super easy to access, an amazing location right in the heart of Athens. It is a perfectly appointed room that has been tastefully designed. It is a great stepping-off point if you have only a little time to make your way around the sights or if you need to be close to the Syntagma station to catch the X95 bus to the airport. Comfy bed, great aircon and reasonable shower. An ideal room, with a luxurious vibe centrally located including a beautiful circular marble staircase. No hesitations with this apartment, everything was great.

Location, bed was comfy and supportive, room was clean, little decorative touches from 5-star hotels but at a great value! Dimitra the host is a GEM, if you ask for suggestions or need anything she is prompt and kind. True Greek hospitality Nothing…. Maybe a suggestion to add a shower curtain to avoid water dripping out of that shower area
